Judah B. of S.O.S. Contractor Services contacted me on behalf of Kevin at YC Builders, with whom I'm having a residential earthquake retrofit done, with the concern of wood damage to my kitchen floor. To uncover exactly what he could do for me, Judah began to ask questions and one of which was if I had ever filed an insurance claim, which I had and was for water damage to my home. I advised him that my claim was denied based upon what a plumber had written and verbally stated to them, the insurance company. Because he cared and doing the minimum wasn't in his vocabulary, he asked to see the paperwork on my claim. After his team reviewed my documents, it was found that Judah was unable to assist me. Although Judah was unable to assist me with solving my wood damage issue, what he did was formed a trusting relationship with me as well as referrals. I found Judah to be kind, a good listener, patient, professional, knowledgeable, a willingness to help and not pushy. If I had to make this claim all over again and knowing what I know now, I would call Judah over at S.O.S. Contractor Services before I would call a plumber only because of their expertise in the industry.
