Omid, Khosrow and their crew, at Soren Construction, are professional, experienced, caring and deliver work on-time, on-budget and with the highest quality. Over the summer, I had a major rennovation project involving two full bathrooms, one half bath, electric work and lighting, wood floor refinishing, and whole house paint. Mr Omid and Mr Khosrow offered an estimate with a reasonable price and timeframe. Considering the quality of their prior projects and professionalism I did not even get a second estimate. I did contract with them, and I couldn't be more pleased. Khosrow and his team did finish the job on-time, right within the promised timeline, despite scheduling conflicts and a few items/materials that did arrive a bit later than planned from the vendors. The whole work was done with city permit, and the inspections were scheduled and work passed the inspections. I would highly recommend them for any house remodeling projects. They are personable and friendly, have a professional crew, are experienced, and more importantly deliver high-quality work in-time and on budget.

We began with a small bathroom refresh. That evolved into a complete kitchen remodel, floor refinishing throughout the first floor as well as bathroom/kitchen tiling, drywall and painting.
Omid had some great ideas on adding extra cabinet space that we lost when we removed a wall in the kitchen.
He worked with us when there were some covid related delays on products.

For ten years my family and I had contemplated renovating our kitchen. We never felt comfortable with any other contractors, until Soren Construction. They were able to finish the project according to schedule, just around two weeks. After each day, they would clean up around themselves and vacuum all the dust, allowing us to live at our place while construction was happening.
