I was having water leak from my second floor bathroom down into my dining room. I found these two on yelp and all the reviews were positive. They came in and found the leak. They found that the original contractors didn't properly seal the shower head. So they sealed it, fixed it and they were in and out in an hour!

We had a leaking problem in our crawlspace. The crew came and told us what could have caused the leak. They provided a reasonable quote for the fix. It's not the lowest but the quality of service is appreciated. I also appreciated they answered all my questions and provided a quote for other service I'm considering (besides the fix). Where do I start? If you're reading this and need any plumbing work, stop and don't think any further and choose Pedro and Alex from Son of Glory Plumbing. Pedro and Alex are amazing. A fresh of breath air after our experience, which you can read about below. Within 4 hours of inquiring about their services via thumbtack (where you can read their amazing reviews) Pedro reached out to me to schedule a free estimate for the following day. The next day, Pedro and Alex were punctual and walked up to our home with smiles. They were eager to help us solve our problem rather than throwing out costs and jumping forward to a large project. Before coming in they geared up to protect our home. Immediately they performed an assessment and stated we needed a new water pressure value. They provided us recommendations on getting the new water pressure valve. They also recommend new piping to replace our galvanized piping throughout our home , but said it wasn't urgent. It was so nice to have a genuine and caring conversation! When my partner got home, I was so excited to tell him after 6 months of searching I had finally found a plumbing company that I trusted with our project. Fast forward a few weeks (due to the shipping for our water pressure valve), Pedro and Alex came back to complete our project. They started off by replacing our water pressure valve which made our minor issue go away. The next 5 days they spent replacing our galvanized piping with pex and copper. Everyday they would communicate status of the project and leave our home so clean! We were blown away by how well they treated our home and their communication. We're now out two days since the completion of our project and so far so good! We're loving our new piping and water pressure! To be honest, we told Pedro and Alex they should charge more for their work because it's that good. We were easily quoted 50%-100% more by other companies. We're rooting for Son of Glory Plumbing as they take off with their company! We know many customers, like us, will be grateful that they chose Pedro and Alex to complete their plumbing work!

Our horror story: A year ago, my partner and I purchased a home that had galvanized piping. We knew we wanted to replace it but we also ran into a minor issue in which we heard a rattle noise coming from the shower. Six months ago we started a search for a plumber to help us with 1. Addressing the rattle noise coming from our shower and 2. Replacing our galvanized piping and replacing our old water heater with a tankless water heater. Our 6 month search was horrific. We started with using our warranty company and learned very quickly that we needed to cancel our warranty company after they sent out two companies with the worst customer service, unprofessional, incompetent employees. Both companies had stated we didn't have any issues. We then proceeded to have two additional companies (very popular and rated highly on Yelp). One company came out and stated they didn't work on Grohe products, but would be happy to replace our galvanized plumbing and install a water heater for about twice the price of what we paid Son of Glory. We almost proceeded with the company but I had to call them 4 times to follow up. The other company was completely awful and didn't show for 2 of the appointments. Fast forward, we found Son of Glory Plumbing and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!
