The initial plumber sent out by Sonny's did not check his work, which led to my water pouring out of my ceiling and light fixtures on my first floor. After 2 more plumbers coming out to fix their issue..and another issue they created...along with replacing my ceiling..and a water extraction team to treat possibly for mold..they fixed the issue..until 5 months later..when a wet spot appeared in the exact same spot. Upon calling Sonny's..their field supervisor, Jeremy, informed me that their 90 day's on their work had expired..and they would send someone out to fix the issue..at my charge. I then told him Sonny's would never set foot again in my house, at which point he said "Unless it is free, huh. have a nice day" and hung up.

Do NOT use Sonny's...unless you want your house torn apart for a month from the damage they caused..and heartburn with having to fix the same issue..or what appears to be the same issue..again.
