Ray was professional and very responsive, called him because the tenants reported the bathrooms weren't draining. He came out immediately and unclogged them.

A day later the tenants reported that it was still happening, he came out for no additional costs and said that he had snaked it some more.

Fast forward 2 days and it's still happening, I told him of the issue but I didn't get a response back. He was very professional and I can't really say I had any issues.

For months we've had a bathroom leak in our condo flowing into our first floor neighbors living room. These guys are wonderful! The faucet in our kitchen sink sprang a leak and they came out that same day to install a new one for us quickly at a very reasonable price. And because we live in an old apartment building, the brand new faucet they installed stopped pumping out hot water a couple days after because of some old rubber tubing hat got stuck in our pipes. I called them up again to see if they could take a look at it and give me an estimate to see how much it would cost to fix it and they said they'd take a look and if it was a quick, easy fix they wouldn't charge me. Sure enough they came that day and within 5 minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem and didn't charge me. It is so hard to find honest plumbers who won't rip you off for every single thing. We will definitely be contacting them for any and all future plumbing issues!

Called Sonic Rooter and Plumbing, at 11:58am on a Tuesday to clear a plugged up kitchen sink. Ray answered and was able to give me an appointment that same day at 1:30pm. He explained it would be $100 for visit and service, and if he couldn't unplug it. There would be no charge at all. I asked...and he said, he took cash, card, or check...sweet!! He got there on time, looked everything over and went to work. He snaked it, and he was sure he got it. So he reassembled my pipes...that I took apart. Ran the water and everything was just perfect!! Mind you, I've been trying to fix this on my own for 2 days. So I was super pleased with Ray's work, and how fast it was..too. I will be calling again, for future work. Thx Ray

I needed a rooter service quick and I am glad I found Ray, owner of Sonic Rooter and Plumbing here on Yelp. A professional local buisness here in Compton. Ray arrive early and diagnosed the problem. Stubborn toilet required for Ray to go up to the roof in the rain to snake the drain. He also snaked a slow drain in the kitchen sink. Overall I am very happy with the work. The base of my toilet would leak substantially during the flush, after calling around getting prices from several different companies many of which overcharging, I found Ray, he came out, did a wonderful job replacing the wax ring and explained to me what caused the leakage, he also removed this 4 foot long 5 inch wide root buildup that was growing beneath my toilet, it was gross! He did a plumbing inspection on my kitchen and gave me an estimate which is a job I will have him do.
