Great price. But more important to me great service and expertise. Ray and his crew were very professional and took care of my job perfect. He came out to a multi-unit apartment complex where we needed some complicated natural gas line work to be done. Ray took a look at it and knew exactly what needed to be done, and when I asked him if he had done it before, he told me yes, and I felt confident in his answer. Well he did know because everything went to plan. I am one hundred percent satisfied with his service from beginning to end.

Ray was professional and very responsive, called him because the tenants reported the bathrooms weren't draining. He came out immediately and unclogged them.

A day later the tenants reported that it was still happening, he came out for no additional costs and said that he had snaked it some more.

Fast forward 2 days and it's still happening, I told him of the issue but I didn't get a response back. He was very professional and I can't really say I had any issues.

For months we've had a bathroom leak in our condo flowing into our first floor neighbors living room. For over a month we struggled to receive fair estimates and find a plumber that was available at the same time our tenants and neighbors were. It was quick, painless, and took under a day compared to the weeks of back-and-forth we experienced with other plumbing companies. These guys are wonderful! The faucet in our kitchen sink sprang a leak and they came out that same day to install a new one for us quickly at a very reasonable price. And because we live in an old apartment building, the brand new faucet they installed stopped pumping out hot water a couple days after because of some old rubber tubing hat got stuck in our pipes. I called them up again to see if they could take a look at it and give me an estimate to see how much it would cost to fix it and they said they'd take a look and if it was a quick, easy fix they wouldn't charge me. Sure enough they came that day and within 5 minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem and didn't charge me. It is so hard to find honest plumbers who won't rip you off for every single thing. We will definitely be contacting them for any and all future plumbing issues!

Called Sonic Rooter and Plumbing, at 11:58am on a Tuesday to clear a plugged up kitchen sink. Ray answered and was able to give me an appointment that same day at 1:30pm. He explained it would be $100 for visit and service, and if he couldn't unplug it. There would be no charge at all. I asked...and he said, he took cash, card, or check...sweet!! He got there on time, looked everything over and went to work. He snaked it, and he was sure he got it. So he reassembled my pipes...that I took apart. Ran the water and everything was just perfect!! Mind you, I've been trying to fix this on my own for 2 days. So I was super pleased with Ray's work, and how fast it was..too. I will be calling again, for future work. Thx Ray
