Poor customer service! Lloyd provided and estimate for residential new construction services. I emailed him a set of plans along with the property address. I signed a contract and provided half of the money down. 3 days prior to work starting, he said it was too far and would have to readjust the price! Now I have to find a new plumbing company and he set my project back by weeks. Thanks Jeffery's!

We used this plumber a couple of times in the past year. The last time we got a 2 hour labor charge and a trip charge. He was not there more than 1/2 hour and only diagnosed the problem, no resolution to the problem. Prior to posting here I called to resolve this charge. He informed me that we live 25 miles outside of Las Vegas, which we know, and that he charges for his time plus a trip charge. Then he told us he has a 2 hour minimum for those calls outside of Las Vegas. Never told us this from the get go. A whole lot of money for no work. Sherry & Steve C.

We had an incident where a Plateau Fibers hired construction company dig and hit our sewage pipe and flooded our basement. A Budget Rooter was fair on there pricing and and was quick to respond to us even though it was a holiday weekend. They are quick and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone who needs some plumbing work!

December 17th Armstrong furnace shut down and blower quit. Called one local place and they said they couldn't come out till after New Year's. Called Sierra and told them we were without heat and they were able to work us in the same day. Dave troubleshot the furnace and found a bad circuit board, and he happened to have same board on his truck. Swapped boards out and furnace worked. Couldn't ask for better service !
