What a positive experience I had with Somerset Plumbing Supply. I was searching for replacement parts for my out of production shower diverter.

I spoke with Duffy at Somerset Plumbing Supply and gave him the information I had about the diverter. He told me that he would get back to me within 24 to 36 hours. He called me the next day and told me he had found the replacement parts.

Someone who actually follows up and calls back when he said he would! Fantastic!

This is why local businesses are a fossil..I went there instead of Home Depot and for a piece of plastic basically, which goes for 25 dollars at Amazon, and Home Depot they charged me $89, I should have walked out but I learned a lesson not to support local merchants..

on sat Aug 13,2016 our sump died. On home depot's website all you get are plastic sump pumps with bad reviews, with storms suppose to hit over the weekend I needed on fast. In my town there are underground streams everywhere which means I get a lot of water in the cellar. Called Somerset Plumbing lucky for me they had a pedestal style sump pump. Got great service and a great machine. Thanks Somerset Plumbing for being open when I needed you the most.
