This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. So unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. I made my first appointment to have my oil tank maintenance in September. They proceed to call me the day before saying the person scheduled to come is not qualified to maintenance oil tanks so they canceled the appointment. I made a second appointment in November, confirming for a Saturday between 8-12 because I work. Well Saturday came and I got no phone call, no text message, no confirmation at all, and no one showed up. I called the company and they claimed my appointment was scheduled for the day before (Friday) and that their supervisor called to let me know they couldn't make it. No one called me at any point to ever inform me of any of this! Now I sit here again wasting a Saturday, waiting for someone to show up, they said between 10-2, it's now 3:00. I call to ask for an update and they claim they can't call their guy because he's out on the road until 6:00 so now I am suppose to sit here until 6:00 hoping someone shows up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Wow.. I honestly can't believe I'm the first to leave a review. These people are all around amazing! I'm writing for the SolvIt insulation team. From the moment I opened my front door Tom Nelson showed up to look at my insulation problems. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He took his time to help locate the issues and write up my estimate while I struggled to get my two kids under two dinner. He told me about the payment option of 0% for 18 months and a bell in my head rang! Lol so I moved forward with that option which of course was upon credit approval. Since I had a few questions I kind woman by the name of Stacy has been in touch with me via email. I've had nothing but prompt email communication with the team. We had to reschedule because of bad weather and that went very smooth.The insulation technician Ray was super friendly, and helpful throughout everything. I'm really happy and pleased with everything that SolvIt has done for me and I will be using them in the future for other jobs and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
