Brett came to fix my water heater he told me it was under warranty and that on Monday morning he could warrantee it out and then install a new one and then I would only pay the installation fee but when his father called me the owner of the company, he told me that his son doesn't know what he's talking about and that no parts are good past two years on a hot water heater warranty. So why does Brett tell you one thing and Joe tells you something else? Well that tells me that nobody in the company knows what they're doing. Run far and run fast away from these people.
