Look elsewhere if you are in the market for an honest plumber that stands behind their work and products. Had a sewage pump with a 3 year warranty installed 1.5 years ago. It stopped working, so I called and asked about warranty service and the pleasant receptionist said she would have the owner call me back. He called about 15 minutes later and said they would come out and get it taken care of. AFTER completing the replacement, he mentions that the manufacturer wasn't honoring their warranties but that he would take some money off the replacement pump. A few days later, I get an invoice for 4 hours of labor and $300 for the pump that should have been a warranty repair. They sent 2 people for a job that could easily be done by 1, and charged from the time they left the shop They were on-site for less than 1 hour and charged 4.

Unreliable. They set an appointment for today in the afternoon which I took a day off of work to be here to let them in. They were a no show. When I called they stated I was on the schedule for tomorrow and not sure what happened with no offer to try to resolve the situation other then come another day. I have been a loyal customer for the past couple years but can no longer trust them when they can't show up for a simple appointment at the time they said they were available for.

Came out 40 min after I called,fixed the problem & even gave me some tips to keep the inside clean & he even cleaned the inside & found more problems & fixed them. Toilet works great now. Awesome work & quick, will not go back to the ones who cut up our wires in the ground & didn't tell us till I went out to see what happened. Will be calling again if anything else breaks

These people promise the world and don't deliver anything. They came to power rod my sewer and charged $250.00. Sewer worked great for one day! When it backed up again I called the after hours number. Guy who finally called back was very rude and actually swore at me. Seemed like he wanted more money to come back and fix what they didn't do right in the first place, meanwhile my house is flooding. Stay away from these guys!

Had gotten up for work early and noticed our water was cold. Called Solofra a few hours later and they were there that afternoon. Tom tried a few different things but figured out we needed a new water heater. He was able to get it in and working in an hour. They also let us set up a payment plan. It was very reasonable and we were mailed statements. The staff was super friendly when I would go in to make a payment.

The guy that came out was great, said he was already in his 12th hour of work. Ran the snake through to our septic tank so we thought everything would be great but he left and 2 days later it was backed up again which meant he didn't clear the clog. Husband called and left message. We didn't hear back so tried ourselves without luck. Called back again and they finally returned call saying they don't guarantee and accused my husband of lying about his first message. We bought an endoscope and found tree roots that you can see were hit with the snake but only barely, not removed. This is just a warning that you sit with the worker and listen. I am assuming he was very tired and just wanted to get home so he hurried the job.

Not a user-friendly company! They broke the end of a machine to rout the sink, now I have a piece of metal clogging-up the works! They are not interested in my problem....that they caused! Thought I was good by going local......? Stay Away!

Work was not completed properly. Company does not seem interested in making things right. Tried to use a local company and got burned.
