Joe the owner of soliman general contractors is a very easy man to deal with! He knows what he's talking about and does what he is told but is not afraid to suggest what he thinks is correct for the job. I would highly suggest him for any job you have and honestly anything that needs to be touched up. He told me no job is too big or too little and I have contacted him for many different things after he had done a siding job for me in Franklin lakes NJ! Great guy and he gets the job done!

As the previous post, we had a horrendous experience with this guy/ company.
Watch out!! Stay way from this contractor, if you could call him that.
Totally inexperienced and unreliable. Will not fulfill contract and continue to give excuses...hires day workers who know as little, or less than he does. Does not even know how to measure Windows correctly.
If you decide to hire him, do not give him money upfront.
You have been forewarned!!

Joe just finished remodeling our bathroom, Joe was willing to discuss possibilities and details all along the way. he was responsible to all questions. And his crew were responsible cooperative and they did an excellent job. They seemed to be on the same page as to what was going on and if not. They soon would be as joe managed all the details. He made the job as painless as possible, now I have a beautiful bathroom and I hope to work with Soliman General Contractor in the next project. And thank you joe.

Beware of this guy/ company. He doesn't know what he is doing. I hired him to do masonry work at my house, I paid him half of the money up front. He said was starting a new company and that he had years of experience at prior companies. This turned out to be complete untrue. After paying him he kept postponing the start date with a million excuses. After a month later he brag which seem to be two random laborers dugg my walkway and partial of my driveway. The following day no one showed up like he promised to continue the work. He began giving me more poor excuses to why no one was showing up. The final straw was when he had another random person come to my house to give him a quote to finish the job!!!!! After having my house look like an aboned construction site for weeks I hired someone else to finish the mess he made. I paid him $1250 to basically create a mess at my house. Find someone who is honest with experience to do the job. He invested money to ride around in fancy construction trucks to look like he knows what he is doing. However he should invest in learning how to run a business and not cheat people out of their money and time.
