David S.Be ware!!!! After waiting a week for an appointment, two plumbers showed up and were totally dumbfounded with installing a new shower valve in my shower. The plumber wasn't even able to tell the difference between a 3/4 "" fitting and a 1/2"" fitting - crazy I know. He called his supervisor and told me his supervisor would have to come help him with the install, this would be three plumbers to install one shower valve. They gave me a quote for the work $1,290.00 not including parts. I went to plumbing supply and purchased $114.00 worth of parts and was able to have a plumber my neighbor recommended come the next day. He installed the new valve in 2 hours and charged $260.00.
