We had an issue with our plumbing and Solid Plumbing came and took care of business. Mario and Eric came and assessed the situation and after trying to solve the issue they informed me that things were a bit more complicated but they would be able to take care of the problem. I had a series of plumbing drainage issues which a local plumbing company failed to resolve after three attempts. My insurance company contacted Solid Drain and Plumbing. They responded quickly and sent Erik who did a scope check and made a quick determination that my main sewer line was plugged up due to root invasion. Mario and his staff contacted me and explained what the project would involve and scheduled a start date. They showed up on time and fixed the issue expeditiously. They also cleaned up thoroughly after they were done for the day. I highly recommend this outstanding company and give them FIVE STARS.
Update : After the rains, the ground area where they trenched to access my sewer line settled and left a gaping hole. I contacted Mario on 2/16 /25 and was informed they will fix the issue and that it will be scheduled within the following week. This is another reason why they deserve the highest customer satisfaction rating. They are very quick to respond .
