This review is because of the lack of customer service. My home warranty company assigned Solid Plumbing to my sump pump replacement job. Two technicians came out initially and the more senior one quoted me $899 additional to do hydrojetting and said if I agreed to that they'd also install a cleanout for free. In the end I got my home warranty company to pay the $899 but the technician did not install the ""free"" cleanout offered. When I asked him why he said he had to have his boss call me. Well, that didn't happen. Then I called the office and spoke with a woman who said she'd have someone call me. A month later I still have not received a call back. I finally called back again and after pushing got to speak to Daisia (?), the manager, who told me because my home warranty paid them they couldn't install the free cleanout, which makes ZERO sense. What happened here is they got the same amount of money from the home warranty and got away with doing less work than if I paid. I would never recommend this company for being dishonest and having horrible customer service. If you can't even return a call how can anyone trust you to do the work?

We have a burst pipe that two previous plumbing companies didn't fix correctly. We contacted HomeServe through Solid Plumbing & Drains, and they were willing to come immediately. They sent Erick for a temporary fix on the same day so that we would have water to use. The following day, the owner, Mario, returned to fix the issues with the right parts. Mario is very professional, and he explained what he had done after completing the job. We are keeping Solid Plumbing & Drains for future use and highly recommend their services.

The pool fill valve would not completely turn off. We called Solid, and they had 2 techs at the house the next day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and the fix. Their price was reasonable compared to the local guy we've used. They had the valve fixed that afternoon.

Once they found out our home insurance didn't cover what needed to be fixed they never called us to see if we wanted to pay out of pocket. I had to call 4 times to get an estimate, starting at 10 am made my last call at 415 pm. She said she would email an estimate by Friday morning even then the next available appointment wasn't until Monday. This business is not worth it and I'm going yo notify our insurance agency about the bad service as well. Guess they only want to milk insurance agencies for their money
