Quick response after-hours on a weekend night, came out and assessed the problem with our clogged main drainage line which was causing backups in our bathrooms, toilets, and shower. Snaked the main line but was not able to fix the clog, so Mario and his coworker then did a hydro jet which cleared out the backup and fixed the issue. The team was on time and professional and fixed the problem quickly.

My sewer line backed up. They showed up, attempted to clear the line and discovered the line was broken and full of tree roots. The owner Mario worked directly with the insurance company and got everything covered. They arrived early to start the digging and replaced the line in a day. I had a series of plumbing drainage issues which a local plumbing company failed to resolve after three attempts. My insurance company contacted Solid Drain and Plumbing. They responded quickly and sent Erik who did a scope check and made a quick determination that my main sewer line was plugged up due to root invasion. Mario and his staff contacted me and explained what the project would involve and scheduled a start date. They showed up on time and fixed the issue expeditiously. They also cleaned up thoroughly after they were done for the day. I highly recommend this outstanding company and give them FIVE STARS.
Update : After the rains, the ground area where they trenched to access my sewer line settled and left a gaping hole. I contacted Mario on 2/16 /25 and was informed they will fix the issue and that it will be scheduled within the following week. This is another reason why they deserve the highest customer satisfaction rating. They are very quick to respond .
