I needed a reliable plumber to fix my kitchen faucet and valves. Based on their excellent Yelp ratings, I called up Solid Plumbing & Drains. This was around 4 PM and was not sure I could get repair service that day. I was pleased when informed, a plumber would be on the way as soon as possible. Angel looked at the piping system, made suggestions and was given a competitive quote. The repair job was completed before dark. I also called for additional repair service the following day; Mario and James came over and completed the repair work promptly. Mario and his team are pleasant to work with, they are respectful and professionals. They did excellent work and I appreciate the service they performed. I highly recommend them.

We needed to replace both toilets in our house due to severe leaking that caused our water bill to skyrocket. Solid Plumbing & Drains provided us a fair price for labor, toilet replacement AND unforeseen flange replacement. The assigned technician (Angel) did a great job! He was very diligent and respectful. The owner, Mario, was always willing to talk about the job and pricing, etc. Great customer service. I highly recommend Solid Plumbing & Drains!!

I had a plumbing issue that was covered under my home warranty with American Home Shield. I'm always a bit apprehensive when calling AHS because sometimes the company they send to fix issues are not the greatest. This was not the case with Solid Plumbing. I received a call from the owner of Solid Plumbing shortly after I made the request through AHS, which was on a Sunday. I was surprised how fast they responded and they sent a plumber out a couple hours later. The plumber they sent (Mario) was extremely polite and professional and finished the job much quicker than I expected. What a relief! Hopefully I won't have any more plumbing issues, but if I do, I will definitely call Solid Plumbing!

As contractors go, dealing with Solid Plumbing & Drains was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. They were sent out by my insurance company, Service Line Warranty, after my shower, bathtub and toilet backed up and partially flooded my bathroom/master bedroom.

At first, Mario recommended that the main drain at the front of the house be replaced, which would have required considerable digging and disturbing my brand new front yard landscaping. Knowing I was concerned about possibly damaging my new house siding where they would have had to dig, Mario explained they could jet out the vents on my roof instead.

After getting approval from Service Line Warranty, Mario and his two workers came back out and carefully performed the work without creating any mess or damaging my property.

It's so refreshing to find a plumbing company that employs such considerate and capable workers and office staff. Mario is a highly knowledgeable professional, and I will most definitely recommend and use his company going forward.

Most excellent! Called Mario and was given a quick quote and they were able to schedule a team member, Emmanuel, to come out that day to do the repair. He was very forthright and honest explaining that the issue that was occurring in my home was 2 separate issues, but they worked with me on pricing. Emmanuel was quick and very thorough with his work, he let me know why he was need to change machines switching from kitchen to bathroom. Took photos of the damage and showed me exactly what was going on for an additional repair that would need to be done, and made to to provide an excellent description in the report so I could pass onto my landlord.

Honestly, I would recommend them again. Pricing, very affordable, staff are friendly and upbeat, respectful, and fairly punctual (as punctual as a plumber can be you know).

Highly suggest you give them a shot!

Solid plumbing and Drains are seriously hero's! I was out of town for the weekend and apparently a copper pipe burst in the middle of the night and I only found out about it in the morning after waking up to a barrage of texts from my downstairs tenant showing pics and videos of it essentially raining from the ceiling all throughout the house!

I was so stressed of the aftermath driving back to my home not having any idea of what had happened or what I was walking into and how I was going to deal with it all and my tenant! Luckily my tenant had called solid plumbing and drains after hours and they arrived immediately, found the issue and being that they couldn't get a hold of me they fixed it without worrying about pay or anything. My tenant had assured them when I get back I'll take care of any costs (and of course I did). I appreciated the neighborly love so much and the fact that I was planning on repiping the whole house in the coming months I just knew these were the guys I was going to call and did a week later! Couldn't be more happier with a company like theirs, they truly do right by there customer. Thank you so much Mario, Ron and Emanuel and all the other guys over at Solid. I'd recommend them 10 times over!!!!

I originally ranked these guys a 4 star review on google. The reason I didn't give a five star review was because they installed a shark bite system backwards without realizing it and their plan was to cut piping until they found out why after the repair I had no water pressure.

I called another plumber and they immediately told me Solids repair was done incorrectly (shark bite backwards) and quickly fixed it. The other plumbing team didn't talk trash, they just simple fixed it.

I called solid for a refund and Kristina was amazing about it and understood. After my four star review Mario called me saying he didn't deserve a four star as I got my money back and it was unprofessional of the other plumbers to reuse the shark bite that was installed incorrectly. I got the idea he wanted a five star review and gave it to him because I respected him and the reasoning. He said he'd take care of me for future needs and I believed him.

Nearly a year later I decide I was ready to repipe my entire home. I call and get Kristina (who again, is wonderful). She scheduled the appt and I got a time. I didn't hear the time window so when I expected the plumber I called and was answered my Mario.

I wanted to verify he was the person I spoke with last year by asking if he was the owner and he said ""well that doesn't really matter""

I brought up the incident so he'd remember me and his first response was ""well there's no proof we installed it backwards, but I remember you"" which I thought was oddly aggressive- especially since I was going back to him for a chance at a bid for a fairly large project. I felt like I politely texted him about that and I get a call that the original plumber whom I did not trust was scheduled.

Normally, that'd be fine. It's been a year, people make mistakes and we all learn. But between Mario's unreasonable aggression, me remembering I had to change a 4 star to a 5 star review and my poor original experience I decided to update all reviews as I told Mario I would do.

Real bummer. A year ago we ended on what I felt was good terms and today when I refreshed his memory (very politely) I got what I would say an unprofessional and untrustworthy experience from the owner who had my original respect.
