We were referred to Danny Pehrson, owner of Solid Home Renovations, by a neighbor who highly recommended his company and who had worked with Danny in the past. After meeting with Melissa initially and then Danny, and receiving a competitive and detailed bid, we hired Solid Home Renovations to remodel our master bath, hall bath, and hallway cabinet niche. Danny and Melissa listened to our priorities (better functionality, easy to clean, up-to-date timeless look) and they executed beyond our expectations. We were kept updated throughout the process, the team cleaned up at the end of each workday, and the job was completed according to the timeline. Everyone was so professional and easy to work with, from Melissa's expertise in picking out materials and finishes, Robert's, Randell's and Abel's quality work and attention to detail, and of course Danny's overall management and skillful work on our project. We have already referred Solid Home Renovations to other neighbors and would not hesitate to continue to refer to others.

We are so pleased with our bathrooms and thank Danny, Melissa, and the whole team for such a positive experience.

Everything turned out even better than I imagined! Melissa is also amazing at helping to pick out tile, fixtures, etc and getting everything ordered. Wow! Wow! Wow!
We initially found Solid Home Renovations on Yelp for a full home renovation including knocking down walls & installing beams, raising ceilings, leveling floors, new kitchen, bath, flooring throughout and more! Boy did we get lucky! After the initial meeting, Danny won us over with his personality, knowledge and organization in planning for the reno. We knew immediately after he left that he would be the best fit. Since the job was so big, we did move out during most of the renovation, but Danny made sure we were informed daily on everything that was going on in the house, texting pictures & answering any questions we had. He efficiently updated our more than fair quote to reflect our changes/add-ons throughout the entire process. Time-wise, his team finished the job in 6 weeks as he forecasted. The guys cleaned up after themselves daily, I have never seen a cleaner worksite! The attention to detail when installing fixtures, floating shelves, painting, trim, etc was superb. !
We absolutely love everything that Solid Home Renovations provided. They're hands down the most professional & hard working team we've experienced. Danny truly takes pride in everything he & his team do. Thank you for everything guys!

Danny of Solid Home Renovations quite simply does WHAT he promises to do, WHEN he promises to do it, and is ready to correct anything that isn't exactly right (which doesn't happen often).

He responds to phone calls and texts quickly. His prices are fair and competitive.

We just had him complete our second (much smaller) project and we can't say enough great about him and his crew and the results he delivers.

This company has zero interest to do business with us. I took all the time to take pics of our bathroom, walls, windows, shower area needs to be done and we need a contractor in our fountain hills home. I even took the time to fill out all the necessary questions on their yeIp website. I read all the great reviews and I am extremely excited to give them a business. We have 3 properties in Fountain Hills and 1 condo that needs to be upgraded by 2019 too. The owner didn't even had any courtesy to text, call my husband for any alternative date or even any ""options"". Very unprofessional and what a waste of time.

Danny recently completed two projects for me. One was a laminate flooring and subway tile backsplash installation. The other job was replacing two toilets. Both jobs were completed above expectations. People have even commented how great the flooring and backsplash look. Both were completed on time and within the budget. The jobs were left clean every day that his crew was working on them. He finished the plumbing job in a couple hours. Having worked with construction trades people in the past, Danny is a true professional. He knows how to price a job and get it done within the time frame he quotes. I will call him first for all my renovation needs. He will probably be busy, but I will wait for the quality work.
