I was referred to Danny by a friend of mine. I hired Solid Home Renovations to remodel my master and guest bathrooms and I could not be more pleased. Everything turned out even better than I imagined! Melissa is also amazing at helping to pick out tile, fixtures, etc and getting everything ordered. Danny made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and his team cleaned up after themselves everyday. His estimate was more than reasonable and the timeline for completion was accurate. They were extremely easy to work with. I would definitely hire Danny and his team for any future projects I might have! I am obsessed with my new bathrooms!

I called Solid Home Renovation for the second time to have my addition master bathroom remodeled. Danny and team are the best and never disappoint. They are professional and efficient. The work is stunning. Every day they left they would clean up the area and put tools away. Danny provided his ideas and advise which helped put the entire idea into reality. Even when the glass company came they complimented how squared and even the work was which made installing the glass nice and easy. Danny and team do amazing work every time. Wow! Wow! Wow!
We initially found Solid Home Renovations on Yelp for a full home renovation including knocking down walls & installing beams, raising ceilings, leveling floors, new kitchen, bath, flooring throughout and more! Boy did we get lucky! After the initial meeting, Danny won us over with his personality, knowledge and organization in planning for the reno. We knew immediately after he left that he would be the best fit. Since the job was so big, we did move out during most of the renovation, but Danny made sure we were informed daily on everything that was going on in the house, texting pictures & answering any questions we had. He efficiently updated our more than fair quote to reflect our changes/add-ons throughout the entire process. Time-wise, his team finished the job in 6 weeks as he forecasted. The guys cleaned up after themselves daily, I have never seen a cleaner worksite! The attention to detail when installing fixtures, floating shelves, painting, trim, etc was superb. !
We absolutely love everything that Solid Home Renovations provided. They're hands down the most professional & hard working team we've experienced. Danny truly takes pride in everything he & his team do. Thank you for everything guys!

Danny of Solid Home Renovations quite simply does WHAT he promises to do, WHEN he promises to do it, and is ready to correct anything that isn't exactly right (which doesn't happen often).

He responds to phone calls and texts quickly. His prices are fair and competitive.

We just had him complete our second (much smaller) project and we can't say enough great about him and his crew and the results he delivers.

This company has zero interest to do business with us. I took all the time to take pics of our bathroom, walls, windows, shower area needs to be done and we need a contractor in our fountain hills home. I even took the time to fill out all the necessary questions on their yeIp website. I read all the great reviews and I am extremely excited to give them a business. We have 3 properties in Fountain Hills and 1 condo that needs to be upgraded by 2019 too. The owner didn't even had any courtesy to text, call my husband for any alternative date or even any ""options"". Very unprofessional and what a waste of time.

Danny recently completed two projects for me. One was a laminate flooring and subway tile backsplash installation. The other job was replacing two toilets. Both jobs were completed above expectations. People have even commented how great the flooring and backsplash look. Both were completed on time and within the budget. The jobs were left clean every day that his crew was working on them. He finished the plumbing job in a couple hours. Having worked with construction trades people in the past, Danny is a true professional. He knows how to price a job and get it done within the time frame he quotes. I will call him first for all my renovation needs. He will probably be busy, but I will wait for the quality work.

We remodeled 3 bathrooms (this was our first remodel) and were very nervous about the process. We interviewed 5 contractors and Danny's quote was by far the most detailed. He and his crew of wonderful guys worked 6 days a week arriving at 7 every morning. They did their best to make us feel comfortable while they worked and made sure to clean up each day. Their work is exceptional and we are thrilled with the results. If you want someone who is easy to communicate with, okay with last minute changes :), highly skilled, and punctual....Danny is your guy!!

Contacted Danny through yelp, got a rough estimate and scheduled an on-site meeting for a more in depth view of our master bath remodel. First I must say, I'm particular to whom I contract with and punctuality can typically be a first impression indicator. You don't have to be 10 minutes early, just be on time. Danny scheduled a time due to his heavy workload, and he stuck to it. My wife and I met with him, discussed our options and decided to hire him to replumb our entire shower. Keep in mind, not because he was the cheapest, but because he spoke with confidence, understood what we were asking for and knew how to knock it out. We added a second showerhead, 3 way diverter, capped a drain and moved and centered a new drain. Danny is meticulous, and left our bathroom clean and free of any construction debris. Kudos to these guys. I will absolutely recommend Danny and his crew to anyone looking for plumbing work. And now when some asks about a plumber I'll say, ""You're in luck, I've got THE guy."" Lastly, we went through several ""contractors"" looking for someone to do this work, however without a doubt, Danny is THE GUY you want doing it.

Solid Home Renovations (SHR) - 5 stars doesn't do this company justice, there needs to be another level for outstanding businesses that consistently exceed their customer's expectations. If extremely high quality and unwavering integrity at a very reasonable rate are your top criteria for hiring a general contractor to perform your next home improvement project, you need look no further than Solid Home Renovations.

Thinking back on any other past experiences that my family and I have ever had in hiring someone to have something in our home installed, fixed, remodeled, etc., no other company, team or person for that matter, has even come close to providing the level of quality and service that I've received from Danny and his team. Not only does Danny seem to be a ""jack of all trades"", but in rare fashion he's also proven to be a master of them all as well - he and his team know and perform their work with passion and precision.

I initially asked Danny if he could perform needed repairs on 1) a shower valve in our master shower (not being fully secured to the wall) and 2) re-flushing our main entrance door as well as a pair of outside-leading bedroom French doors to correct significant gaps due to being unevenly mounted to the frames (beyond a simple weather stripping fix) - this was allowing for heat to enter, conditioned air to escape and basically laid out a welcome mat for all sorts of insects, spiders, etc. While assessing the guest shower (sharing a common wall with the master shower), Danny noticed that the valve there was missing a sleeve/backing which prevents water from collecting behind the shower wall - he took care of that for us as well. Also, in the interim between contacting SHR to schedule the appointment and the date of service, I discovered a leak stemming from the kitchen sink (water leaking out of the exterior wall). I gave Danny a quick call and asked if he could take a look at it when coming out to perform the other work (assuming he would diagnose the problem and schedule a separate appointment to perform the fix at a later date). Danny and his team arrived early the scheduled morning and not only performed all the repairs discussed on the initial quote, but also repaired the leak. As if that weren't enough, Danny went over and beyond to address several additional details - which included making adjustments to our water pressure and temperature (water heater) to achieve comfortable settings.

Sort of like a mechanic, it's difficult to nearly impossible to find someone you can trust, that will perform quality work, without the fear of being monetarily taken advantage of. Solid Home Renovations hits on all cylinders - high quality, trustworthy and integrity - all at an extremely reasonable rate. Danny and his team are now my ""go to"" for any home improvement needs I may have in the future. Now, if I could only find a good mechanic...
