They haven't completed the actual job yet, but I'm already impressed. I called and spoke with a friendly and polite gal who sent a technician within an hour! Manny showed up and was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything and even caught a fire hazard when my breaker box tripped. Turns out one of my wires was slightly slit from the guy we had out the night before, and water was sitting in an electrical area it shouldn't have been. Before even knowing whether I would go with them...he said, I'll fix this before I leave and no charge...I'm not going to leave you with a fire hazard present. Install is scheduled for tomorrow! So far my experience has been stellar.
