DeVon Groff held the original idea of this company. Initially, he was Canton, but he lived in Lancaster, where he a heating and plumbing firm. In 1995, he started a new company in Canton titled ""Groff's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc."" DeVon invited a couple of collaborators to join him: Laverne Hess from Lancaster, and an experienced salesman from Canton. Laverne functioned as the lead technician for the company until his untimely death in 2007 from a tragic heart attack. After seven years, DeVon opted to dedicate himself solely on the Lancaster firm and divested his stake in the Canton business to his remaining partner, Jason Denlinger. This business has been rebranded ""Solaire Home Comfort"" and functions in close collaboration with ""Solaire Energy"", a renewable energy business managed by Jason's wife. The company combines a rich and successful history in the region with a new and progressive approach to the business.
He remains with the business from the beginning, in 1995. He started as a sales associate. As time passed, he has now become the exclusive proprietor. He continues to be always on hand to help our clients by giving them guidance, a price estimate, or in any additional manner he can.
