The founder had the founding idea for the enterprise. At first, he hails from Canton, yet he made his home in Lancaster, in which he a plumbing and heating company. By 1995, he founded a distinct company in Canton titled ""Groff's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc."" DeVon welcomed a pair of partners to partner with him: a talented technician from Lancaster, and an experienced salesman from Canton. Laverne served as the lead technician for the business until his untimely death in 2007 due to a tragic heart attack. In 2014, he decided to dedicate himself solely on the Lancaster firm and divested his interest in the Canton operation to his remaining partner, Jason Denlinger. It has been called ""Solaire Home Comfort"" and functions in close partnership with ""Solaire Energy"", an renewable energy company run by Jason's wife. The firm blends a long with established legacy in the region with a new and progressive method to the industry.
Jason has been with this company ever since the beginning, since 1995. Jason entered as a sales associate. Over the years, he has since become the sole proprietor. He continues to be always on hand to help our customers by offering customers assistance, a price estimate, or in whatever other way he can.
