DeVon Groff had the initial vision for this enterprise. Initially, he was Canton, yet he made his home in Lancaster, in which he launched a plumbing and heating business. By 1995, he founded a distinct company in Canton named ""Groff's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc."" DeVon invited two partners to join him: Laverne Hess from Lancaster, and a former pastor from Canton. Laverne served as the technical lead for the business until his unexpected passing in 2007 following a tragic heart attack. In 2014, he chose to dedicate himself exclusively on the Lancaster firm and transferred his interest in the Canton business to his remaining partner, Jason Denlinger. This business is now renamed ""Solaire Home Comfort"" and works in close collaboration with ""Solaire Energy"", the renewable energy company run by Pamela Denlinger. The company blends a long plus successful track record in the community with a new plus innovative approach to the field.
He remains with this firm from the beginning, since 1995. He started as a salesperson. Over the years, he has since evolved into the sole operator. Jason is constantly on hand to assist our customers by giving them assistance, a price estimate, or in any additional way he is able to.
