Family owned local business. Very professional, knowledgeable and did not suggest all the costly add on's 3 other companies said was needed. Very fair cost and much less then what everyone else wanted. Got the job done well in one day as quoted and we are happy. A lot to be said for honest people who know what works, and what is needed to get the job done, and aren't looking to make a huge commission by up selling.

$25 Plumbing did a GREAT job replacing our water heater and our pressure regulator. They came to our house quickly, the price quote I got from Ora was accurate and Don was friendly and professional. They were wonderful to work with!

This company is a fraud. His father's retired but his son has the number forwarded to his phone. I could go on and on about this crook. He no showed 3 different days after the initial visit. Claimed he was on his way multiple times so i left work then he never showed. He never gave an estimate for the water heater pressure relief valve before starting the job. When he sent me an email with the invoice ($1,400.00) .. he added charges claiming he fixed my kitchen sink when he came inside to wash his hands for 30 seconds. I had to ask him to leave because it was almost 9pm and he was taking apart my outside lights in front of our property.
STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys were so great I felt very comfortable having them in my home even though my husband was at work. Very knowledgeable & very kind. We had them come out before and called them back because they were so proffered & personable, kinda like having family working on your home

I called for a estimate and someone came out quickly. That was the only thing good about this company. My insurance company called to get some information and a person who wasn't. Even at my house gave wrong information and my insurance closed my claim. Good luck with these people.

My wife had them out before and let me say this, it will be the last time I call this company. If I can go less than 1 star I would the technician Don made his own pricing up to unclog a tub talk about price gauging, and he was very arrogant and less than cordial, come to find out he had a big attitude with my wife over the phone about how to find my unit. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM

Very grateful to $25 Plumbing for coming out same day to save me. The guys were polite, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them for your next situation. They came to fix my air conditioner during a time when they were extremely busy. I feel that their charges were reasonable and they focused only on the problem and did not try to fabricate additional charges. They did not leave a mess and my air conditioner is working great now. Very good experience for me!

Our bathroom had a leak issue and I called 25 Dollar Plumbing. Don Baca came (I appreciated that there is no visit fee) and advised to buy a replacement part. With a new part in hand, I called Don again to install it. it was good that they came next day itself. The good things stopped there. It turned out that the advice was not correct in the sense the local hardware stores (Lowes/HomeDepot) do not carry the part with advised specifications. It turned out to be a wrong and costly advice.
The major problem with this company is: plumber technician never gave an estimate of charges. neither do they say how long the job takes.
Not sure Don was competent as he could not uninstall the old part. He did not have correct tools to remove the nuts from the old equipment and he had to go to the hardware store to buy a new tool. In the whole process, it took over 3 hours to complete the job. Then he laid it on me that since it took more time than their usual (1 hour, it seems), now they will charge $125 per hour and asked for a total of $500!
Now I lost an entire afternoon and lot of money (I negotiated to a lower amount) to resolve a simple repair. Only saving grace is he finished the job. So, if you want to engage this ""professional plumbing company"", please ask for fixed price charges upfront. Or just go with HomeDepot or Lowes who charge $90 to $99 for a fixed price installation.
