Very grateful to $25 Plumbing for coming out same day to save me. The guys were polite, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them for your next situation. They came to fix my air conditioner during a time when they were extremely busy. I feel that their charges were reasonable and they focused only on the problem and did not try to fabricate additional charges. They did not leave a mess and my air conditioner is working great now. Very good experience for me!

Our bathroom had a leak issue and I called 25 Dollar Plumbing. Don Baca came (I appreciated that there is no visit fee) and advised to buy a replacement part. With a new part in hand, I called Don again to install it. it was good that they came next day itself. The good things stopped there. It turned out that the advice was not correct in the sense the local hardware stores (Lowes/HomeDepot) do not carry the part with advised specifications. It turned out to be a wrong and costly advice.
The major problem with this company is: plumber technician never gave an estimate of charges. neither do they say how long the job takes.
Not sure Don was competent as he could not uninstall the old part. He did not have correct tools to remove the nuts from the old equipment and he had to go to the hardware store to buy a new tool. In the whole process, it took over 3 hours to complete the job. Then he laid it on me that since it took more time than their usual (1 hour, it seems), now they will charge $125 per hour and asked for a total of $500!
Now I lost an entire afternoon and lot of money (I negotiated to a lower amount) to resolve a simple repair. Only saving grace is he finished the job. So, if you want to engage this ""professional plumbing company"", please ask for fixed price charges upfront. Or just go with HomeDepot or Lowes who charge $90 to $99 for a fixed price installation.

I called on a Hot day and this was the only company that would come out the same day to take care of my AC at a business location. Barry and his son were polite and very professional. They had our AC up and running in less than an hour so we can resume business the very next day. For the service they provide the price is very reasonable and they made great recommendations to help us manage our AC units better to prevent another outage. I would definitely recommend 25 Dollar plumbing!

We had another great AC guy, but this time ours broke down when he had a family emergency. Called Barry late Saturday afternoon and he was there within 30 minutes on one of the hottest days this week. Thankfully a simple fix...even said it was probably due to a batch of power failures this week one after another. So now we have another great business for help with HVAC..or plumbing! Reasonable rate, considering it was an emergency trip on a busy weekend!

Almost four years ago I called for new AC unit. Barry and his team did not disappoint. I continue to count on them for all my Plumbing and AC needs. This is a family owned business and everyone from the office staff to their crew are always very prompt, courteous and neat and clean. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else!

This team came to help us out on a Saturday night after we called 5 other ""24/7"" companies sent us to voicemail. They didn't have to break my tiles and cleaned up! The pricing was fair for a late Saturday night call. The team was courteous too!

I have no hesitation in recommending $25 Plumbing, Heating, and Air. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job - inspecting for a gas leak- all went well. There was a thorough interior and exterior inspection of the gas meter, gas appliances, furnace, water heater, gas turn on/off valves, etc. As a bonus, while inspecting the furnace, the filter was checked with the recommendation that it be replaced to improve both heated and cooled air flow.

The plumber went about his task professionally. He gave explanations in layman terms and had a good personal demeanor.

The cost for doing the work, on a Saturday morning, was well within my anticipated costs. In fact, since the pricing was very reasonable, I will ask $25 Plumbing, Heating, and Air to give me an estimate for the replacement of an outdated, energy guzzling air conditioner and heating system.

The 5-star rating I gave sums up my experience with the company...excellent!

I called $25 Plumbing, Heating and Air again today to help me with my clogged bathroom sinks because I was so pleased with the service I received yesterday. Kevin arrived at my house promptly and was able to snake the drains out to the main line and clear the clog that was affecting my back to back bathroom sinks. The price was reasonable, the work was completed professionally including clean up, and once again I am a thoroughly satisfied customer.

We hired $25 plumbing to come and snake a clogged line. They showed up right on time. They sent a extra servicemen for no reason, my wife asked why is he here and the other service mean said "" Oh because you have a 2 story house"" ( we were never asked if we had a 2 story house) Oh yea the helper was driving a Mercedes Benz.They saw the line was clogged. Then said they would recommend replacing the ""Flapper Valve"" in the main line for $1,400.00 . They wanted to dig up my flower bed to do the work. We said NO please just snake the line, they did and the line cleared fine. They quoted my wife $145.00 to snake the line and then handed us a bill for $175.00 I asked what happened to the $25.00 dollar plumbing? and their response was "" OH that's just the name of the company"" with a smirk grin on his face. This company clearly tries to sell people things they dont need. DON'T FALL FOR IT! OH yea the guy scratched up our wood floor with his snake machine. Totaly disapointed, ripped off and if I could I would give the zero stars!
