One of my friends that lives in Province highly recommended you and also text you and you responded to her that you would get back to me to get an estimate for a whole house water filter system. After trying many things to resolve an issue we've been having w/ our kitchen drain, decided it was time to call in a plumber. After looking over reviews, I decided to reach out to Rigo. He answered and was extremely polite. After explaining the situation, he offered to stop over after he finished the job he was currently on. It was not even a half hour and he was already at our house. He was able to trouble shoot and correct this problem. He was very courteous and professional. I will also agree w/ other reviews that their prices are more than fair. Love to use local family owned businesses and we could not be happier to have had Rigo help us out. We hired Soft & Pure Plumbing to install a water softener and RO system in our home last year after they had been referred to us by a friend. We couldn't be happier with the performance of both systems.
We just completed our annual service changing filters and servicing of the units. Rigo did both the install and the service call. We got this fancy water softener installed yesterday along with the needed plumbing and it looks amazing! This husband & wife team was such a joy to chat with and they did a wonderful job. I recently hired Soft & Pure Plumbing to install a Water Softener Treatment System. I am always skeptical of hiring someone without a referral. I got their information of the Contractor Business Card Board at Ace Hardware. I had some faith and decided to do it. I was quite surprised with the excellent work they did for us.

Rigo there Technician, called 30 minutes before arrival, was on-time and very knowledgeable and personable the entire time. He told us exactly what he was going to do and the length of time it was going to take. He was also very organized and thorough thru the entire installation. I was very impressed on the quality of service that he gave us.
