I'm SO happy we found BayZ Plumbing! We thought we had a water leak. Ben came over the same day I called and gave me the news - no leak, but a burst! He immediately connected me with a water damage company who has been helping us with the extreme damage clean-up. Once the ground was dry enough for Ben to patch the pipe, he was there again!
Ben was calm, professional and extremely knowledgable. After talking with him the first day, I felt we were in good hands. Ben is also upfront and honest in the work he does, including referring us to some other companies that can do the huge reinstallation pipe work. My husband and I are happy to have BayZ Plumbing on our speed dial for any future needs!

I contacted Benjamin at BayZ Plumbing because of all the stellar reviews I read regarding his work. I can't really add anything new to those 5-star reviews, so I will just say that, yes, Benjamin is all those things: knowledgeable, personable, professional, efficient, and conscientious. I had put in a new bathroom sink but because the sink drain was now about 4 inches farther to the rear than the original one, the sink drain pipe was almost on top of the short, rigid stub-out in the wall under the sink. Benjamin quickly sized up the situation, wrote up the service order, and efficiently modified the stub-out and installed a new drain trap for me. He encouraged me to watch what he was doing and explained each step in the modification and trap installation to me. He had all the parts and tools he needed with him and I was impressed with his efficiency and meticulousness. I highly recommend him.

Benjamin has earned every one of these five stars. Extremely professional. Showed up on time, dressed cleanly, greeted me with a smile, his business card and a hearty hand shake. He explained what was involved with installing a new water heater and had pricing and equipment presented in a pre-printed binder. No winging it. He laid his tools out neatly and placed an empty box nearby for all the old parts. I've never seen a plumber work so neatly. He even vacuumed out the shed once the water heater was removed. My toilet was not draining with any sense of urgency, I figured it was the pipe and had to be snaked.
Ben came over, saw the problem and immediately knew it wasn't the pipes, but the toilet. He showed me my toilet options, called his supplier and was back the next day, installing the toilet in record time. He even took the time to show me how my new toilet works.
Will be calling next month with a new project.
