Another 5 stars for Benjamin, wish I could give him 10 stars.
My toilet was not draining with any sense of urgency, I figured it was the pipe and had to be snaked.
Ben came over, saw the problem and immediately knew it wasn't the pipes, but the toilet. He showed me my toilet options, called his supplier and was back the next day, installing the toilet in record time. He even took the time to show me how my new toilet works.
Will be calling next month with a new project.

We got our EBMUD bill this morning and it was another whopper. It said we were using over 1,100 gallons of water A DAY. We had issues with our prior bill, as well. We figured it was an issue (that we had resolved) with a new irrigation system.

This new bill had me worried there was something else. I called Ben and he arrived by noon. He worked with me to test a few different scenarios and determine that there was not a leak in our house/pipes/toilets/sinks. We now have a really good idea of what the issue is, all thanks to Ben.

Again, I can't recommend him enough if you're looking for a good, honest, quality plumber.

Benjamin was great. He responded very promptly even though it was a long holiday weekend and his non-availability was updated on Yelp. He spent extra time on the job to make sure everything worked instead of just leaving me to deal with warranty service.

Benjamin is the best! Our water heater just up and quit last week; after a quick Yelp! search we saw he was based in our town of Hercules, and he had a 5-star rating. We now know why. After a quick consult, he determined our heater was on warranty and advised us how to deal with the manufacturer for a free part replacement. The part arrived a day later and we scheduled the repair, which took less than an hour. The entire team at Bayz plumbing was courteous, professional, and on-time to the minute. The bill was exactly what they quoted us originally and everything is working great. We can't recommend this crew enough for residential plumbing matters.

Benjamin was super pro, can't say enough positive things. He was answering e-mails at 10pm (even though it wasn't necessary) and was able to accommodate a very tight schedule. Super nice and installed everything professionally.

If you want a handyman to install a faucet or fixture you picked up at Home Depot or Lowes, Benjamin is not your guy. If you want someone who cares about quality and the craft of plumbing, I highly recommend Bayz. Benjamin is prompt, friendly, and does his work with pride. For example, he received the wrong soap dispenser to go with our new kitchen faucet. Honestly, I wouldn't have noticed it. But Benjamin took the time to call me, and arrange to make it right the next day. I wish everyone cared as much about his/her work. Highly recommended!

After going through another company who didn't know much about residential water heaters and basically scammed us I decided to call Bayz plumbing and I wish I called them first. We called on a weekday during 6 or 7 pm and left a message and Benjamin called us back within minutes after leaving a message. I told him what our problem was with our heater (Kept having to turn the water heater off and on as the hot water kept turning off all the time and after awhile there was no hot water at all) and he helped us over the phone. Benjamin came over the next day to look at our Rheem water heater and let us know exactly what was going on and told us to call the company to order the necessary parts. As soon as the parts came in we had Benjamin come back over to install everything (my husband and I didn't want to try and attempt and possibly fail so why not hire the professional) and he did it so fast! He gave us helpful information so it wouldn't happen again. I can honestly say that Benjamin at Bayz plumbing was very helpful with useful information and knew exactly what he was talking about! I will recommend Benjamin at Bayz plumbing for their outstanding service and being very honest and not trying to rip us off unlike other companies.
