Amazing crew very professional, did a beautiful job running gas lines to the kitchen and the laundry room. The crew got creative and went above and beyond to make sure the work looks clean and pipes are hidden as much as possible. Highly recommend this company. We just hired them again to do work on one of our bathrooms. And plan to hire them again to install a whole house shut off valve in the near future.

Very responsive, very quick to get the job done (complex installation of a free-standing tub, including rerouting of plumbing pipes, floor and tile work, etc). James was very reasonable with pricing, communicated in a very timely and responsible fashion, and I could not be happier with the results. During installation, he called numerous times and sent pictures to verify placement that I wanted and was always available by cell phone. Seems very customer-service oriented and now I understand why he came so highly recommended by the company who built my complex.

Called on Tuesday to schedule and appointment for Friday morning . I was scheduled at 9:00am to have a leaking toilet fixed and hot water heater checked. I waited until 9:15 and texted to see if they were coming . The response I got was ""Sorry I woke up with a sick kid"" then at 0928 they offered to look for a sitter. I actually had several things to do so could not wait . I totally understand that they have a sick child, What I don't understand is not contacting ME when the realized they weren't coming and offer to reschedule. I could respect that but no call, no show seems like a bad business practice.
