Had the pleasure of working with Sigi & Luis on a mystery leak that tripled my water bill. They narrowed down the leak location to between the water heater closet and the laundry room. From there they very neatly cut small section of the wall out and installed shut off valves to the 4 cold water pipes that go into the ground, this detective work isolated one of the pipes as the leaker stopping the meter spin in its tracks! Great work guys, will have them back to dig up the slab in that area (fingers crossed) and replace that pipe! Thanks again!

This was our first time using Socal. I live in El Cajon and had no idea they were traveling from Long Beach! This is a new vendor for our company and let me tell you they are absolutely amazing!! Sigi did not waste any time once he arrived. He assessed the job and immediately let me know what had to be done.. We knew the vanity had to be replaced so that was sitting outside. He noticed it and also installed that for us too!! Polite, professional and very knowledgeable!! I will definitely call them again and always request Sigi! Thanks again!! You did a wonderful job!!

We were super impressed with SoCal Sewer. Sigi came out to our house that we are in escrow on as buyers and he completely put our mind at ease about the house's sewer line. We were concerned about roots and Sigi did the hydro jet and provided a thorough analysis and report of the line and the before and after videos were incredible. Highly recommend and will definitely hire these guys for anything we need in the future.

I had a plumbing issue last Saturday night, and the company I called flaked on us and didn't come out, even tough they had confirmed an appointment with us. So, I rang Socal Sewer at 5am on Sunday and Will answered and was very knowledgeable and intelligent on plumbing - basically an expert.  

He dispatched a truck to us and fixed the blockage quickly, so I could enjoy the rest of my Sunday with normal functioning plumbing. Since, this was just a temporary fix and I knew this because it is recurring problem, I decided to hire them to do the major pipe replacing job the following week.  

They took care of everything exactly as planned and budgeting and according to timelines. I plan to call them in to handle my other properties moving forward.

I hired Will and his team to repair my sewer line from the front of my house near to the city connection. They did an amazing job!!! They identified the problem areas through snaking the line with a camera. Gave me different options for repair. The sewer got bursted with very sophisticated equipment for a very reasonable price in a couple of days. They were very professional, clean, safe and provided a high quality product that saved the cost and mess of replacing a lot of concrete. I would highly recommend this company they aren't to bad on the eyes either!!!

What a terrible, terrible experience with this company. Let me save you time, expense and trouble -- HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. Hire ANYONE else.

We had a leak in our kitchen roof on a Sunday evening (of course!) and I called Will at SoCal Sewer Construction. Very pleasant guy. Showed up two hours later, right when he said he would.

He was unable to locate the cause of the leak and proceeded to spend the next three hours putting six holes in the drywall in my ceiling trying to source the problem without luck. It wasn't until my wife clued him in to the bathtub handset that the problem was solved with a fifty-cent washer. Obviously a bummer, and perhaps a more thoughtful and considered plumbing approach would've kept us from having to spend many hundreds more dollars to repair Will's ""work"" -- which cost us a handsome $390, in case anyone was curious how much you need to pay someone to cut holes in your ceiling and then leave.

We invited Will back to replace two kitchen faucets we have that were past their use. He cancelled our first appointment at the last minute. Then tried to send someone else in his stead. And when he finally arrived to do the work, after it was complete he DOUBLED the quoted price, claiming that the $175 labor price was PER faucet -- which is not what he said to me on the day I asked him about it. He kindly offered to knock $50 off of the total price. Which I accepted begrudgingly.

But wait! There's more!

And this is where the experience goes even further south than I thought possible. Will leaves and less than an hour later one of the faucets he installed starts making a hideous high-pitched whining sound whenever it's turned on. I take a video, send it to Will and then call him. He gives me a few troubleshooting tips -- none work. Then he says he's happy to come back and maybe turn down the water pressure for the entire house in attempt to fix the issue, but it'll cost me an ADDITIONAL $125 for a ""service call"".

I'm not kidding.

He installed the faucet and clearly didn't check it properly, then left and told me it would cost me $125 MORE for him to return. This is on top of everything else!

I guess it's partly my fault for trusting someone who told me off the bat that his company doesn't use/trust Yelp because you have to ""pay them for reviews"" -- and then hiring to come back AFTER he damaged our kitchen ceiling without finding the source of the trouble (until my wife did).

When I expressed my frustration to Will, he wrote me back: I'm sorry you feel that way. And it was only after I informed him that I was planning to share this experience on Yelp and Google that he offered to refund half the faucet installation fee.

Of course, for me, it wasn't about the money anymore. I just wanted to make sure to share this experience with other folks out there with limited plumbing knowledge so they don't put their trust in Will or his company, So Cal Sewer Construction.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY.

If you want to be sure that the job is done to perfection, use this company. I hired them to finish out a space I leased for my café and I couldn't be happier. They not only helped us above and beyond what was expected. They were there and have been every time we needed anything related to plumbing or literally anything else. Their work is flawless and they care about their customers! Ask for Will and he will not disappoint! I am so thankful I was able to find this company. I will use them for every plumbing situation I have in the future! I will also recommend them to anyone who ever asks!
