Was an easy fix on our washing machine pipes. We've lived with the issue for almost a year and he came in and fixed it in 5 minutes. First service free of charge. Great experience!

This is the 2nd time using this company to install new pipes on the other half under my home. The first time was 4 years ago when my main bathroom stopped up and needed to replace the broken pipes leaking sewage and installing a better clean out to the front of the house. I called Carlos, the owner, on 6/6/22 after hours because sewage was pouring out of both toilets and filling up the tub when I was doing a load of laundry. He came and snaked through that clean out he had installed 4 years ago so that I can have a bathroom to use until his crew could get to replace the pipes on 6/8. I was so glad to have that toilet and shower until then! They had a big job already scheduled on 6/7, that's why he couldn't come that day. His guys, Oscar and Juan are so nice and informative. They were here for 1 1/2 days until the job was finished. They sent pictures of the pipes underneath from before and after. They cleaned up any messes made during the fix as well. I would never use a company again if I had any little bad feelings or any negative inclinations. So, for me to use SoCal Plumbing to do another huge job on my property for a second time says it in caps that Carlos and his crew are AWESOME!! They're professional with making you feel like they actually care! Now, plumbing isn't cheap anywhere. But, if you want it done right, with informative, caring professionalism, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! After hours too in an emergency!! There's nothing more stressful than to not have a working toilet..If you know what I mean! Carlos answers after hours if you run into that problem like I have. The last time was around Christmas, finishing Christmas Eve, and he was right there to save the plumbing day then!! (I forgot to do my Yelp review then because of the holidays..sorry!) He details the invoices so you know exactly what was done, and what parts used. I will use SoCal Plumbing for any services they provide in the future because I trust them. Trust is earned in my book. If you're in a crappy mess, literally in my case this last time, call them. The reviews should tell you all you need to know. That's how I contacted them 4 years ago.

I am so happy my husband and I found SoCal Plumbing! It's true what they say, that it's really hard to find a good plumber but now that we have found Carlos and his team we are customers for life. Long story short, a shady plumbing company came out and we almost fell victim to their scam. Never would I have imagined this happening to us...

Luckily, we called Carlos he came out with his amazing team Juan and Oscar and they did a lot of work on our home. Such as re-piping the entire house, installing a new tankless water heater, etc. All the parts come with receipts and when you receive your invoice it is clearly written in an itemized bill. What I love about them is that they're super HONEST, no frills you won't be sold extra services/work you don't need, professional and friendly.

I would recommend SoCal Plumbing Service to all my family and friends and you too fellow Yelper reading this review!

Mr. Carlos and his team were very professional and communicative when it came to fixing the plumbing issues at my grandmas house. They installed a new water heater and new pipes throughout the whole house. They even redid the sink and replaced a new shower head, now the water throughout the whole house runs smoothly and runs warmer than before. Thank you Mr. Carlos and his team.

Carlos was Johnny-on-the-spot. Needed my main blasted and they came out within an hour and cleared the roots and got my plumbing moving again.... For $500. Seems steep but I didn't have time to shop around and he was nice enough.

Asked to quote for a sleeve and am still waiting. I'll be curious if he gets back to me

My husband was a dumdum (am I allowed to say this on Yelp?!), and punctured the main water line while doing yard work. This was on a Sunday around 1:20pm. Called SoCal Plumbing Service. Carlos picked up the call and let me know him and his crew would be out in 20 min. Got here on time and repaired the main water line. Took them 30 min. or so and they were done! All in all, they were professional, available 24/7 (I had a hard time finding someone who could take the job on Sunday), and fast!). Thank you--you have a loyal customer now!
