Called Carlos the night (from recommendation of others) before as our sink had clogged. He made time to come the next morning. Carlos pointed out some info and we discussed options. Juan then stepped up and started to do work. IMO above and beyond and explained things I couldn't to my family. This is the business that is ""old school"" nowadays and is priceless. SoCal Plumbing is my go to going forward. Thank you Juan and Carlos for the dependable, prompt work and outcome!

I use Yelp a lot but this is my very first review because they deserve my time to write a review.

Do not contact any other company if you're looking for reasonable cost and high quality work. I contact this company after hiring another company. the other company gave me a quote of $4,500 to install two new flanges and went ahead to scare me that I need to do new plumbing work worth over $40,000 (you heard that right!) and they kept recommending more and more things to be done. I negotiated with Carlos and they did the flange work for half of what the other company had quoted. When it came to doing the actual work. they were fast, hassle free, professional and know what they are doing. They went an extra mile of suggesting another toilet brand and even helped me to return the other toilets to Home Depot with no charge. They also installed the new toilets with no extra charge. Please do your self a favor and hire them if you're looking to hire a company that is going to deliver good quality work, at a low cost and with no stress. Thank you Carlos and Juan!

Carlos and his crew saved the day! Not to get too graphic, but I was prepping for a colonoscopy when our drains got clogged. Water was coming up through the bathtub, out of the toilet in the guest room bath, etc. Of course it was 1 am. We tried calling 2 other ""24 hour"" plumbers who didn't answer their phones before getting ahold of Carlos. He was very reassuring on the phone and promised to be there by 9 am.

He actually arrived an hour earlier. Besides being prompt he was very knowledgable, professional and personable. He diagnosed our problem, which turned out to be a big one - an accumulation of tree roots and broken pipes, not unusual in a 100 year old house. His crew worked steadily for two days, got the job done and left our yards in good condition after having 3 foot trenches and 5 foot holes dug into them. He also gave us a 5 year guarantee and told us to call him in 2 years to come for a free follow-up.

Great guy, great service. We highly recommend Carlos and SoCal Plumbing!

Carlos and his team did an oustanding job for us. They are good problem solvers and worked together as a team to finish our plumbing projects, including lowering plumbing in our demoed kitchen, moving plumbing a few feet over for a fridge hookup, and installing washer/dryer hookups in our garage. Highly recommend SoCal Plumbing. All work was done in a very professional manner. We were kept informed throughout the plumbing process as well, which is appreciated. Thank you again! I called a few places and Carlos was able to assist. Since the Faucet value was not working ""Turning off"" for our Washing Machine and the Refrigerator / Ice Maker. The old refrigerator died and was being replaced with a new appliance without an ice maker, I tried to turn off the value to the Ice maker but it was not turning off the water. It was only 35 years old value, but I guess it was done working.

Good:
He came quickly and I had to tun off the water for the whole hose due to the leak because her refrigerator was being replaced at the same time. ""Most of the other plumbers were 1 to days out and this would not be good as we had to shut off the water to the whole house.
He was close in Lakewood.
He fixed the leak by replacing the faucet for both the Hot and Cold side and the hoses that ran to the washing machine.
I was appreciated he came quickly and was able to get this fixed in less then 1.5 hours.


Not so good:
Price was high plus parts. But at the same time he did come quickly and with that you can pay more.

Had a water leaking issue in the kitchen that became an emergency overnight. With this now being a code red situation, I stumbled upon SoCal Plumbing Service via Yelp. And after reading through the raving positive reviews of very satisfied customers, I decided to give them a call. Carlos and Juan were there just shortly after I made the call same day.

Everyone that came out, Carlos, Juan, and Greg were such a pleasure to do business with that they made me feel as a customer very well informed throughout the process of trying to assess my emergency. In my situation, it was such a tricky water leak source to track down that they had to tag in Greg with his expertise of using a type of sound/sonar equipment through the walls. And thankfully it was not located underground beneath the kitchen floors *phew

Now more than anything, not only did they gave me a very fair and affordable estimate, final cost of the repair which was without a doubt way better than the corporate ones and did I also mentioned that they managed to complete the job within the same day as well!?! (I'm also happy to support local businesses as well and they definitely earned my returning business for plumbing needs in the future!), but they are also going to be the ones that I reach out to when I need to replace my water heater next!

I have used this company in the past for a different issue and they were so fantastic, provided such high quality work that when on a Sunday morning when my toilet wasn't flushing, I called this company immediately. They were here in the next 30 minutes and resolved the issue.
