My water heater went out and I contacted So Cal 1. They were able to send someone out right away. Every time I would call my regular plumber who I'd been using for the past several years, he was always kinda grouchy so it was refreshing to have Miguel. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly but most importantly honest. He was able to diagnose the issue, gave an estimate and was so kind in getting the water heater started up again. The water heater has issues so it's not a permanent fix but I was truly impressed about his attention to providing excellent service. All in all, my experience with this company was outstanding because of Miguel and am thankful I found a trustworthy, reliable and friendly plumber!

Toilet wasnt flushing correctly. SoCal responded quickly and answered my questions without needing to send a crew first. They laid out the services that I would potentially need (hand-held auger and/or removing the toilet and snaking the drain) and was up front about the pricing. They cost a little bit more than others, but they were the only ones that could meet the timeframe I needed since I was having guests over. They sent over 2 guys withing the time frame they provided and were professional. They confirmed the problem was a clog with a boroscope camera and cleared it with the hand held auger.
They did the job that was asked of them.

Dreading that we have to repipe from the slab leak in our kitchen (diagnosed and pushed by another company).
SoCal Plumbing called promptly to send a crew very shortly to get an estimate. They came checked the pressure, looked around and found that we don't even have a slab leak, or any pipe leak but our refrigerator ice maker!

Both were very professional esp Mickey, informative and friendly.
I would use them in the future if need arises.
2nd opinion or third really helps and thank goodness there are people/company out there are not just for the $$$$.

Quickly responded to my request to repair my garbage disposal. Victor arrived in a timely manner, he first assessed the equipment and tried to repair it and really did everything he could before recommending a new unit. Drip, drip, drip. That's the sound of brownish water dripping out of our pipes uncontrollably when we ran the disposal. Bonk, bonk, bonk! That was the sound of my heart when I realized we had another water problem that needed to be fixed right away!

I called a different company that we had used before, and they came right over. After looking at the issue, they were happy to replace the garbage disposal and even had the unit in their truck, but the price seemed way off. A quick google search confirmed that the pricing was ridiculous. So even though I wanted it fixed right then, I declined and turned to Yelp Projects. I asked a very simple question...can I get a quote to replace a Badger Garbage Disposal?

SoCal Plumbing & Rooter came back with a straight-forward price that was half the cost of what the previous company quoted and was very much in-line with what Google said was a fair price for parts plus labor. They scheduled us for right away and were super communicative in the process. I had a window of time to expect my technician, and not only did they call and let me know when I could expect him, but he arrived on time and was SO nice! He fixed our garbage disposal, easy peasy, and then we were set.

SoCal Plumbing & Rooter will definitely be our new Go-To plumbing and rooter go-to. They were incredibly easy to work with and fair. I highly recommend.

Just a little aside: You'd be surprised how many companies contacted me and wanted to come out to see the problem and didn't want to just give me a quote. SoCal Plumbing & Rooter was willing to give me a simple quote and that's why they won our business.

My shower drain was stopped up. I called SoCal Plumbing to get them to come out right away to clear it. I was told they wouldn't be able to make it until the next day. I was so pleased! I got a call shortly after that and was told they would be able to get to my home the same day. The plumber was fast, efficient and cleaned everything up after he cleared the drain. I would use SoCal again if need be.

Very happy found SoCal Plumbing! Excellent and quick communication by owner and employees who are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Professional quote and very detailed description of work to be done texted to you for approval. Had meter to house gas line replaced (gas company request) that was a bit complicated. They did it and even charged less than other quotes I got. They didn't try to upsell in any way. Mikey supervised and attended to every detail. Even replaced a broken cap on an unrelated item. Highly recommend SoCal Plumbing and Rooter.

Mikey came and fixed all my problems (sewage clearing and shower lever replacement behind wall) in time at reasonable cost. Plumbing is all about diligence (hard working) & honesty (job completion at promised cost), and this company meets them. I trust SoCal Plumbing.

(FYI, if any plumber ever says ""I cannot promise, but let me try this or that method, then will see if it works bla bla"" THEN avoid such people. That is lying, to add extra cost after another. Plumbing is not like high tech semi conductor chip designing or vaccine formulation for million variants. It is a straightforward job that requires hard working.)
