After searching for a plumber to replace my tankless water heater for few days, I called Socal Plumbing. I used them once before and had good experience.
Gary knew exactly what to do, what brand to replace with. He suggested that I use a unit that can replace my heater without having to replace my ventilation pipes, which I agreed.
He started working on it immediately. I am finally getting my hot water. It's fantastic.
Thanks for a good job. Hopefully, I won't be needing you any time soon but if I do, I will call you again.

The sink in my kitchen was leaking so badly that i needed a plumber ASAP so i called this guys. Despite the fact that they were super busy they could give me an appointment same day which i really needed. They came right at time and got to work immediately. They did their job quick and with a big A+ and the fare was quite affordable.

These guys are life-savers! I had a plumber install a commercial, wall mounted toilet for my home. The thing looked awesome in my newly refurbished bathroom but the problem was my 1927 home was never built with the water pressure to accommodate the darn thing! My original plumber was unresponsive, lazy, and drunk half the time, so of course, he could not figure out the water pressure situation. Based on their reviews, I called SoCal Plumbing and Rooter and they did an amazing job of going step by step to problem solve my situation. They did everything without asking for payment until the problem was fixed. Gary, the main guy I worked with, was phenomenal at analyzing everything from the way the toilet was mounted, to studying the internal operation of the toilet (placing cameras inside the toilet to see its functioning!), to assessing my neighborhood's water pressure, to testing and choosing the equipment that would work best in my situation. I ended up going with the purchase of a water pressure pump, but it was only as a last resort...as the last of possible options that Gary experimented with (again without payment), in hopes of concluding the project with the optimal results at the lowest of price. The project would have been a nightmare for any typical plumber, but Gary stuck with it and he certainly lost money on my project...which is a testament to the high quality of his labor and this company.

His price was on point and he gave us some really good tips and information on future upgrades we want to make (tankless water heaters, etc). He wore protective booties inside the house....i mean c'mon, the guy is a pro.

This guys are the best! I called 5 companies around me to get a quote and Socal Plumbing was the best fit! The price they quoted was very reasonable! Gary arrived as scheduled and started the work immediately! He fixed the clogged drain very quick! As a homeowner I will save this guy's number to call him again for my plumbing issues.

I had a plumbing issue at the office, called Gary, he literally arrived within 20 minutes of my initial call, fixed the program in 25min, and we were done. I value excellent, fast service and this was it. So thankful. Gary is my new go to plumber

Gary was professional and transparent. He explained what he was going to do and why and possible scenarios. I had two other companies come out for a quote. Mike Diamond was going to charge me $2,500 to install a 4in cleanout to snake my main line. Another was going to charge me $500 to snake the main through the toilet bowl but whose customer service skills made me feel like I was a burden. Gary was straightforward, thorough, and clearly took pride in his work. He cleared my main line for $250 and had a great attitude. Definitely will call upon him again (although I hope I won't need to) should another plumbing arise as my current job does not afford me the time to work on property as before.

Honest, thorough, well priced and professional. Gary is the best plumber I have ever worked with. We moved into a new home and had multiple problems from an emergency leak in the basement to no hot water to faucet handles breaking to installing a new kitchen sink, sewer line problems, you name it. LITERALLY THE BEST PLUMBER YOU WILL FIND. We have had SO much trouble with our landlord trying to get some stuff fixed in our shower..

They sent out a plumber who claimed to have fixed the problem - it was by no means fixed. He came out again and still didn't fix it. The guy said we would have to break the tiles/wall to fix the problem! This guy was booked to come back a third time, my husband took time of work and waited between 3-6pm which is when he said he would be here and he didn't even show up!! We've had limited hot water for over a month and finally our water tank just completely busted so we had NO hot water at all.

I phone Gary yesterday and he was here within a couple of hours. Assessed the situation and said he would call in the morning as he needs to find a part for the shower tap.. He called at the exact time he said he would the next day. He spent 4-5 hours going to 6 different stores trying to get the part for us but no where had it. He came up with another solution without having to break the wall - he fixed the shower problem AND the water tank and didn't even charge for his time!! Such a low price for such amazing service. He was respectful to our house and didn't leave a mess like the last guy!

I can not believe that our landlord isn't using a person/company like this. I wouldn't even call anyone else.
