My husband called Gaithersburg Plumbing Pros to have them remove and replace two standard toilets. GPP sent two men from Solow Plumbing, but they didn't bring the replacement toilets as they claimed they thought the visit was simply for removal of the toilets.

With no replacement toilets, we of course couldn't have them remove our two existing toilets to leave nothing but gaping holes in the ground, so instead the two men from Solow charged us $95 for the visit, which lasted no more then ten minutes.

Please, for the sake of your future customers, strive to communicate more clearly so that you understand why you're being asked to render a service. Charging for no services rendered is not the way to go.
