Thanks to Alan and Robert we have hot water again. They responded very quickly and replaced our 14 year old water heater. They are very fast and thorough. We are very happy we found So Cal Services. They have repaired our air conditioning and leaking shower faucets in the past and we will continue to call them as the need arises. We have a home warranty. We called the home warranty company when we had a leak. They sent out a plumber of their choosing. He called the home warranty company to let them know that the leak was not covered by the warranty. He then offered to fix the leak on his own. We accepted his offer. Two days later, we still had no water. He finally fixed the leak, leaving a hole in our front yard because he wanted to make sure the leak was fixed and for us to call him if it started to leak. Five minutes after he left, the pipe started to leak again. He was unable to return immediately and did not know when he would be able to come back. We then called So Cal Services. They were out within an hour or two, and fixed the problem to our satisfaction in no time. Thank you, Robert.
