Great job Alex, Jose & the team at So Cal Plumbing & Rooter. I'd like to think of myself as a thorough customer. From multiple quotes, to research of causes and solutions to anticipated costs. Trust me when I tell you that these guys are the real deal in quality, fair price, and customer service. I have had them install a water heater a few months ago and now a cast iron pipe clog that needed to be cut and replaced. They gave me options, they were not pushy and respected my time to decide. Ultimately they were the clear cut winner and awarded the jobs which they completed accurately, with the best quality and highest satisfaction. Thanks again Alex & Jose. Jose, Alex and their team of nice, talented employees did outstanding work on my plumbing job and water heater replacement. They finished everything in less than a day AND fixed the drywall. They even adjusted my home's water pressure because they noticed our pressure was a little low. (I didn't even ask)

This company went way beyond my expectations. I noticed my water heater was leaking this morning and thought ""here I go again"". Try to find a decent plumber who would actually show up and fix my problem. Not only did they respond within 5 minutes of my phone call but actually were at my house within a half-hour. Outstanding! Alex and his fantastic team came out to unclog our drains. He discovered the cast iron pipes were in desperate need of descaling due to the age of our home. (59 years). What a great experience! Alex was so professional so was his co-worker. We had a leak, but could not determine where it was... So we contacted Alex and wow! This guy is a flake. Scheduled to come for a repair twice. Each time I had to coordinate with my tenant so they could give access since the tenant has a dog.

Each time, without contacting me to say he needed to reschedule he didn't show up. Twice. Over two days.

I'm not sure why I kept trying to work with him, other than I'd tried him once in the past. Even then I wasn't impressed by anything in particular that he did.

As a small business owner myself I couldn't imagine running my business this way.

I can't imagine that he gets many repeat customers.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.

There are so many other options it doesn't make sense to waste your time on flakes.
