I want to acknowledge the excellent job you did in repairing my AC system. From my very first contact with your office, the ladies were so nice and had no problem answering all my questions. I was given an appointment for the very next morning, which worked out so awesome because I had family visiting that weekend. The technician was very polite, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He gave me the price to repair my AC which was very reasonable considering what I needed done, I signed the contract and they were out the next day!
So Cal is the best hands down! I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends, family, and neighbors!

Hired them to service my Mitsubishi Mini Split AC. Installer was a really nice guy, did a great job, work was clean and they were pretty reasonably priced. Definitely the best HVAC Company I've worked with in LA.

My house is cool again!!! Thank you ALL for the great job putting in a new A/C unit in one day. The techs worked literally all day, and frankly worked their asses off to save us from the heat. They were quick to start and didn't leave until everything was checked and humming. They didn't have a single complaint all day about the heat or any challenges that came up. I would give them 6 stars if that were an option. They worked hard to do a good job, and I truly believed they cared to have my business. Thank you!!!

My a/c was not blowing cold air. I called a few places and their availability was days away. I called So Cal and got a next day appointment. It was scheduled between 12 and 2 but I a call back saying the technician could be here between 8 and 9 which freed up the rest of the day for me. Timothy came out and repaired my unit in a minimal amount of time without trying to oversale me and something I did not need as I have experienced in the past. He recommended a yearly unit check up which I am going to do. He was very thorough and also checked my central heating unit. All for a reasonable price.

Professional, quick, friendly, and honest. Highly recommend. They replaced our 38-year-old furnace, a very old coil, and an AC unit whose installation had been botched by the prior owners. We suspected we had a gas leak -- they checked that out, too. So far so good!

Our 24 year old furnace failed and when we called a firm we had dealt with in the past they said could not even call us back for several days. Used Yelp to choose So Cal. They came out the same day, diagnosed as a major failure and we gave the OK for a new unit. Price quote was reasonable for the 4 ton furnace. Installation was 3 days later. The tech was Demario and he was wonderful. Very nice and knowledgeable and did full cleanup at end, even of mess he did not cause.

Great service called them out on a Sunday 10 pm talk to a real person transfer me to Leo he came out and gave me a quote on my leaking water heater he got the leak temporarily fix came back out the next day replace my 25 year 50 gallon water heater my wife was very happy with the Quote and response and the reasonable price we highly recommend asked for Leo thank you A1 plumbing and heating good job

Fantastic Company! others had quoted me ridiculous high quotes with weeks of available installation dates. So Cal Plumbing came the same day, gave me a VERY COMPETITIVE FAIR quote and off we went. Two amazing gentlemen by the names of Edgar and DeMario, came and installed the new furnace, they did a professional first class job.

The young lady on the phone was amazing too. I will highly recommend this company to anyone. Fast Fair Honest and Professional :) Thanks SoCal Plumbing and Heating, OUTSTANDING WORK!

AMAZING PEOPLE, WORK & COMPANY!! Was a bit nervous using a company for such big issues as AC repair based SOLELY on Yelp reviews but it was worth it! From the start, Allison was amazing & I've dealt with her numerous times by now & she continues to impress. From trying hard to get the AC people here ASAP (water dripping thru the ceiling!! :(( to working with my own scheduling challenges, she continued to be patient, helpful, kind and super efficient. She truly amazed me and my standards are quite high as Ive been in Customer Service as well as an Office Mgr. When I called other AC companies, I was not impressed.

The men doing the work did not disappoint either! I found Cyrus quite honest and helpful. He was kind as well and got the emergency fixed enough so I could deal with the major repair later. (I had used a ""cheaper"" repair person before them to ""save money"" =MAJOR mistake). I found their prices comparable to other companies and they work with you so don't gouge you for every little thing. So in the end, their prices seem good.

The 2nd time around (to finally do the major repair) Cyrus diagnosed it fairly and once again was quite helpful & kind. I was then EXTREMELY impressed by DeMario who did the actual job. He was very patient, kind, respectful and professional. He was quite helpful in trying to get the work done before the next day (heat wave). He just seems to be an amazing human being who actually cares about the quality of his work and about his clients. Just like Allison.

To the Owner- please keep these people and give them financial rewards for their efforts and attitudes. They are Gold Star employees. I will DEFINITELY recommend! Thank you Allison, Cyrus & DeMario. We need more people like you in the world :))
