Our heater unit shorted out due to Edison and their constant power outages. I called them around 10 am and by 12:30 Cyrus was at our house. He figured out exactly what had happened, quoted me the price for fixing the heater, checked out our unit, made recommendations on what we should do with cleaning our filter, etc. He had the whole thing fixed in under and hour and spent time explaining everything to me. At the end, he asked if we'd considered A/C (which we were pondering) and gave me a quote right there. Awesome customer service, speedy resolution. Use So Cal Plumbing and Heating!

So Cal was amazing to deal with! Dustin came out to inspect our 30-year furnaces (we have 2 units) the same day I called and diagnosed our problem. So Cal was able to get one of our units up and running (we decided it wasn't worth fixing our second unit). We then decided it was finally time to replace our furnace units and add A/C so we got an estimate from So Cal. Dustin and Allison were very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions prior to the installation of our new units. Dustin and his team are extremely hardworking and diligent! They also discovered a pinhole leak during our installation and fixed the leak for free! I highly recommend So Cal for any plumbing, heating or A/C needs. This team is amazing. With the coldest days of the year upon up and with a two week old newborn our central furnace stopped working. It of course happened one day before New Year's Eve.. We called So Cal Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning and they promptly came out to evaluate our furnace. Somehow they managed to obtain a new circuit board and installed in late on New Year's Eve. This was extremely impressive since with temperatures in the 30's in the South Bay it would have been tough for a breastfeeding mom and new baby. When they came out to replace the logic board of the unit there was still one part that was failed in addition and with no time remaining they managed to borrow the a neighboring client's furnace the part for our unit to restore our heating. This entire team was professional, fast, and went above and beyond what I have seen in a long time.What separates most companies is their service and they guys and gals have what it takes to make their clients very happy. Thanks everyone, my family appreciates the hard work and the extra mile you all took to help us stay warm even after hours and on the eve of a holiday.

SoCal was so great to deal with. Our 40+ year old furnace recently needed to be replaced after the gas company deemed it unsafe. I called SoCal after reading the great Yelp reviews and they came the next day. Checked on the unit and gave a great price to replace it along with helping us get an asbestos company to come out and remove the harmful material that had been original in the building. Very good communication throughout the process... from choosing the right furnace that met our needs, all the way through final installation. I don't leave many Yelp reviews but we totally recommend SoCal to anyone in need of HVAC repair!

Thank goodness that we found these guys. Our heat went out New Year's morning. When we called other places they had several days' waits. So Cal PH&A came the same day that we called and diagnosed the problem quickly. We needed a new heating unit. It is now up and running! Special thanks to Cyrus who did the installation. It turns out that the house that we recently purchased had air ducts that had been damaged by rodents and they had actually been disconnected from the vents by the previous owner. When I turned the heat on for one of the rare, cold, winter nights, I discovered that there was only heat from a few of the vents. I called So Cal PH&AC and Cyrus came the next day. He helped quickly diagnose the issue and recommended replacing all of the ducts (which were absolutely filled with dirt and dust). After some discussion and evaluating alternatives (hooking up the filthy ducts where they weren't damaged beyond repair), I decided to move forward with the expensive repair. Cyrus returned the next day and completed the job, which took two people around six hours. They did a nice job, cleaning up the mess and cleaning the register vent covers too. The job was well done and we now have consistent heat throughout the house. I would recommend SoCal PH&AC and Cyrus for your HVAC repairs.

We had a chronic problem with the drain clogging in our bathroom, we called So Cal (saw them in the neighborhood) they came over promptly and were able to clean out the drain and it's been working properly since they came. I have used them on several other plumbing jobs around the house and they have been great. They pay particular attention to keeping their workspace and your home very clean!
