Called Chris to detect a slab leak Chris determined it was not a slab leak but had a keen hearing and said he heard a sound in the wall. He cut a small opening in the drywall and bang ! It was a pinhole leak in the copper pipe. He quickly fixed it problem solved. He is amazing!

Chris was fantastic. He picked up the phone on the first ring and took the time to listen to me describe what we were up against. He was quick to provide a rough estimate of what to expect (before even seeing the pool). Most other vendors were reluctant to quote (understandably so) without first first seeing our pool. When I was able to squeeze a hypothetical out of another company, their only service was to completely remodel the pool and spend $5-10k. Chris was able to suggest an alternative fix for a fraction of the cost. Additionally, he took the time to show me how to make similar repairs in the future should new cracks in the surface occur. He's prompt, friendly and honest. I'd highly recommend his services for anyone looking to stop a leak without having to break the bank.

After dealing with water balance issues for weeks, we thought our pool may have a leak. Chris came out and did an initial assessment and addressed a small leak/crack just below the water line leading to a suction cover. We thought it was fixed but left the autofill off just in case. Turns out the crack was bigger than we first thought, about four feet bigger.

Once I note the leak was still there, I call back and we came up with a plan to monitor the situation. Chris followed up both to my initial call back and called when he promised to do so and come back out. When he came back out he further examined the area and jumped right in the pool to seal the crack once he reassessed the area. It was very hard to see give our pebble-tech surface.

While the issue was not resolved on the first visit, Chris stuck with me to resolve it, called and showed up as promised and that says a lot these days.

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that this issue is resolved, but I know if I call Chris he'll be back. I highly recommend this company.

I noticed that I was filling my pool constantly and my pool guy suggested that I might have a leak. I found SoCal leak detection through yelp and I thought I would give them a try. Chris was very responsive and was straight to the point. He arrived promptly and was immediately able to find the crack. He even suggested what material I should get but I had him fix the crack. He was very willing to help even if it means losing a chance at making more money. Very honest guy and the work was very well done. I would definitely recommend him for any of your pool leak needs.
