Chris came out to assess the origin of a leak in our fountain, which is driven by a free-standing pump. He fully explained everything he was doing and used several processes to test for the source of the leak. He was clearly very knowledgeable and was able to isolate the source of the leak and provided options on how to proceed. I am very pleased with the work he performed; he was professional and polite and knowledgeable.

From setting up coming out to inspect our leaking pool, to being up front with costs of inspection/leak detection testing Chris was amazing. Called Chris to detect a slab leak Chris determined it was not a slab leak but had a keen hearing and said he heard a sound in the wall. He cut a small opening in the drywall and bang ! It was a pinhole leak in the copper pipe. He quickly fixed it problem solved. He is amazing!

Although the technician that was originally scheduled for the inspection never showed up, the owner showed up promptly on the next day and identified leak near our spa. The service that earned 5 star review was identifying a small gas leak on a newly installed spa heater. Preventing a possible gas explosion always deserves a top rating.
