My built in jacuzzi sprung another leak. I contacted So Cal Leak and spoke with Chris. He was able to schedule a technician to come out to see, inspect and access the damage and the fix within a couple of days. Kyle came out. He is friendly, communicative, efficient and had all the testing equipment with him. It took him about a half hour to determine the issue. Even though he had another appointment to get to, he promptly went to buy the proper epoxy material to fix the problem and he came back to fix the issue within the next half hour. So between the inspection fee and the charge to fix the leak, it was reasonable and if I ever have another leaking issue in my jacuzzi, my water fountain or any plumbing issue, I will contact Chris and Kyle at So Cal Leak Detection.

On time, courteous, expert, and good follow-up. Just note that they do not have cameras for drains, but they can check for pressure issues in water supply pipes when the water is off. They also have great integrity -- we had some miscommunication about an aspect of the expected service, so they kindly offered to refund or discount the originally specified cost and honor their word.

Recommend for checking leaks that manifest as pressure issues and for doing honest business.

Chris came out to assess the origin of a leak in our fountain, which is driven by a free-standing pump. He fully explained everything he was doing and used several processes to test for the source of the leak. He was clearly very knowledgeable and was able to isolate the source of the leak and provided options on how to proceed. I am very pleased with the work he performed; he was professional and polite and knowledgeable.

From setting up coming out to inspect our leaking pool, to being up front with costs of inspection/leak detection testing Chris was amazing. All my questions were answered and multiple cracks that were pulling water and causing our problem were located and sealed.(He even dealt with me being a little bit of a Holly homeowner asking what he was doing through out because I was curious of how all his test equipment worked ) Hopefully I won't be needing him again but he will definitely be my first call or referral to others if that time comes! Called Chris to detect a slab leak Chris determined it was not a slab leak but had a keen hearing and said he heard a sound in the wall. He cut a small opening in the drywall and bang ! It was a pinhole leak in the copper pipe. He quickly fixed it problem solved. He is amazing!

Although the technician that was originally scheduled for the inspection never showed up, the owner showed up promptly on the next day and identified leak near our spa. The service that earned 5 star review was identifying a small gas leak on a newly installed spa heater. Preventing a possible gas explosion always deserves a top rating.
