Really happy with this plumbing company. They came out on time, they did the work properly in the communicated with me the entire time. I had a slab leak and we were out of water for a couple days and got the run around from a couple companies and then these guys came in the picture and took care of everything for a very reasonable price.

As luck would have it the day before Thanksgiving we had a major backup of water into one of the showers. Called around for a local plumber and thankfully on the second try we connected with SoCal 1. Their plumber Jose came out in less than an hour! He unclogged the issue then he showed us with a camera what exactly was going on in the pipes & drainage system. This was beyond a ""hair clog"". We had to replace our sewer main system that was as old as the house.

We also met Fed the owner, he also took a look with the camera. Then they sat with our family and broke down what we can expect from SoCal 1 (detail involved, cost, and timeline). We asked them to start on Friday. In the meantime they gave us tips on what to do for the next 24hrs should the same issue arise. Grateful they gave us such helpful tips.

The job took 2 days and by Saturday evening we were back in business. We were without water and plumbing for only a few hours. Would highly recommend the team at SoCal 1 for any plumbing issues.

Our ejector pump system failed and called Federico. He came out and worked with us to find the best way to remedy the situation. We had to replace 2 pumps and the basin cover which was rusted through. Federico did a thorough inspection of the system and checked the lines from our house to the main sewer to ensure that there are no other potential issues. He communicated well and explained everything so we know what is going on. Highly professional and recommended.

Fed did an excellent job. He replaced a garbage disposal and fixed and air gap leak in the kitchen and then came back and increased a water pressure problem in the bathroom by replacing the sink faucet, valve and shower. His prices are very reasonable. He even fixed a clog in the the upstairs bathroom with no additional charge. Fed is the best and most honest plumber I have ever hired. I highly recommend him and he will be the only plumber I use in the future.
