ILLEGAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL WORK ETHICS !!!

The only reason I'm providing this company with one star is for prompt response to my parent's water leak. However, everything is downhill from there -

this contractor DID NOT follow state mandated laws (Asbestos testing that is required by all contractors per OSHA & SCAQMD) by ordering asbestos testing and obtaining same day results BEFORE opening drywall to assess damages. Thereby subjecting my elderly parents and immune compromised brother to asbestos contamination when 1/ they opened up several areas of asbestos positive drywall. 2/ did not contain those areas with plastic 3/ nor cleaned up their work areas.

Thankfully I popped into their home to check-in, and upon witnessing the open holes I immediately contacted Cesar at the company and discussed all areas they fell short. He didn't have much to say, of course. Then an invoice was forwarded for almost $10k for a PEX reroute wall/attic. Not even copper reroute.

Due to their illegal and unprofessional handling, I had to move my parents out that day to air bnb and the entire area required removal of their personal items. A total loss of everything from appliances, furniture, rugs, books and etc. Most importantly they're being monitored for respiratory and pulmonary issues due to exposure to asbestos being airborne unnecessarily.

This was a total disregard for their customer health and wellbeing. And we're being counseled is considered elder abuse. A complaint has been filed with OSHA & SCAQMD. Insurance company will be subrogating as well.

I needed the drain under the kitchen sink repaired. They responded immediatly and had someone to my property within a couple of hours. The pluber was clean and curteous. I am not an expert when it comes to these things, I felt like he was knowledgeable.

I needed this fixed, so I didn't get a second bid to compare prices. I felt the price was fair.

Shane and Christian were awesome, professional, and knowledgable! I highly recommend So Cal 1 Plumbing. Their expertise and advice was so informative.
I honestly learned so much from them! We have a huge plumbing issue in our house that was built in the 1950's. They were able to quickly diagnosis the problem while considering every aspect of our old piping system and brought to my attention a few emergency issues. Shane was really great at creating a plan and giving me options starting from a small budget to a big budget to replace our plumbing system. They really care about their customers and I completely trust them to provide high quality work. I would not hesitate at all to reach out to them again in the future!

My kitchen sink P-trap was leaking and my other bathroom sink was having a bad smell so Fed and his team were able to accommodate my request on a Saturday evening at 5:45 pm. He was able to fix my kitchen P-trap and told me that the other sink is fine. Gave me tips/tricks on how to chemically clean it to help with odor. His team also did a camera test to check for the health of my pipes and what to look out for before it burst underground. I highly recommend Fed and his team for their honest feedback, professionalism, and kindness. I will call them for our next plumbing needs.

So Cal 1 plumbing knocked it out of the park. They came to Claremont to snake a drain and ended up fixing some major emergency issues. Elias and Daniel worked extremely hard and fast to complete two drain replacements in a couple of days . If ever need plumbing gives these guys a call and I know you won't be disappointed. Jose talked honestly about what needed to be done and gave his opinion on why he would do as well. We thank SoCal 1 plumbing and you have customers for life. Thanks for the help Elias and Daniel .

They were quick to come out and assess the burst pipe we had. They were able to fix it very quickly. We were also given a recommendation of future work for the piping system. Fed was very detailed in explaining why he recommends a new piping system and pointing out the issue with the burst pipe.

they came out within a hour of me calling for shower drain clog. came out and finished in 30 mins! very professional and very affordable too! i think its probably the best and honest priced in all of oc! try them out!
