our air conditioner fan wasn't turning we turned off the fan and waited three days for Snyder's to come. The technician checked the freon and the connections and said ikt was fine. About a week later our water heater was scalding and the element sign was flashing another technician came out and said it was fine. Finally our air conditioner broke entirely another three day wait but this time the technician found a broken wire. Final bill:$307.00. The first guy was here 20 minutes repaired nothing, the second guy 10 minutes did nothing and the last guy actually fixed the problem which took a half hour. If you think these are reasonable prices this is the company to call. Broken wire-$307.00

Kyle was amazing and went above the call of duty to go out to Weston within a day to look at my AC unit that wasn't working. He was also able to install the AC in a VERY timely manner so my tenant would not have to go through a ""hot streak"" in weather without an air conditioner.

The only negative comment I have is that the receptionist (a lady) didn't communicate very well with Kyle, or vice versa. It seemed at numerous times she didn't know what was going on with my work order or the estimate/payment that was given. My suggestion is to keep good records of estimates and phone conversations.

All in all, Kyle was VERY customer service oriented and his prices were the best out there! I highly recommend Kyle and Snyder's.

Our ac broke, and they were AMAZING!! The only component to come out same day, he stayed late and was back by 8am the next day, with my problem fixed in 20m. The NICEST, KINDEST, CARING Techs I have probably ever encountered. I would give them more stars, if I could.

The tech I encountered is a shyster. Higher prices than most companies. Beware because they don't follow through. I know because I've been had by them.

Snyder's was recommended to me but just couldn't follow thru on taking care of me. Lost my water heater on a Friday night, called them Saturday, no plumber on call and told to wait until Monday. Received a call stating some one would be out to me likely after 12 noon. When no called or showed up by 3pm, I called the office asking if they still had time for me today. Was told the tech would be coming but would be only able to inspect, unlikely replace, the unit on this call and could roll in to Tuesday. I cancelled my service request and deferred to another company that wanted my business.
This was unacceptable service and would not recommend Snyder's for anything at all.
