Pam D.DON'T USE THEM!!! My previous posting of this complaint went away! They were suppose to come yesterday between 1 and 4 to fix my outside water line. They said they'd call 30 minutes before they came. They didn't call or show up. Phone number was disconnected when I called at 3:45. (That's what someone does to keep you from contacting them). Called late tonight they answered the phone told me Homeserve cancelled. All Homeserve had to say is they would look into it. Similar problem I had with the previous company they supposedly set up to do the job. Synder plumbing is in with Homeserve and these other companies to scam customers for monthly insurance premiums. They will be subpoenaed to civil court to testify and pay large fines in my complaint against Homeserve along with another plumbing company. Already hired a lawyer!
Word to the wise!!! DON'T USE THEM!!!I would give them negative stars if they gave you the option!
