Came out on a Sunday/Father's Day afternoon. Called 3 plumbers before Snyder and no call back but Snyder answered the phone and got the plumber out within an hour. For a Sunday emergency leak call rate was reasonable and plumber was knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. Definitely will call again for all plumbing needs!

Tony & Brian are awesome. They arrived the same day I called with my water turned off because of a leak in pipes connecting to the main on my side. They were able to think innovatively & complete the project in more than reasonable time. Their technician Brian came out on a Friday for a leak at my house. He was very knowledgeable about my predicament and told me someone would be out Monday to give me prices for solving my situation which included re piping my whole house. In the mean time my in ground leak was worse. Monday came and no call. So I called their office and the lady on the phone had no scheduled call for me as she stated that """"the owner who quotes these jobs was on vacation"""". Well as you can imagine I was upset, especially as they had already charged me $125 for the 30 minute diagnosis for Friday. I have needless to say found another company to re pipe my whole house.

I highly recommend Snyder Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Our condo building had a fire and we all started from scratch. The rough-in plumbing was in place; however, in addition to installing all my bathtub, toilets, all faucets and trim, shower pan, disposal, and valves, they also had to workaround some tricky situations. Highly professional; excellent customer service; true punctuality; great follow-up; fair prices; willingness to accommodate the client. They also respected COVID social distancing rules. I reinstalled my Yelp app just to give these guys a review. Our sewer line was backed up and we tried to clear it ourselves. After a Home Depot run and a couple of hours of time wasted, we decided to call a pro. We called Snyder plumbing around 7 PM to see if they would come out ASAP, and they said they were on their way. Mike got here in 30 minutes and fixed our issue in about an hour, he was super friendly and explained everything. The price was very reasonable, especially being an emergency call after business hours. The amount we spent at Home Depot would have payed for the repairs. Next time instead of wasting my time and money trying to do it myself, I will be calling these guys. Thanks Mike, God bless you my brother

Very disappointed. Charged my girlfriend $137 to clear a kitchen sink drain today. The drain was only $95 3 weeks ago when they came to clear. Called the office and got a run around. Will never trust them to come out again when I am not there. Took advantage of my girl friend.

Snyder Plumbing was great when we needed to replace our hot water heater. They were easy to schedule, very reasonably priced, and professional. We have used them for several small issues and have been very pleased. They are always our first call, would highly recommend them!

I called at 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning they arrived by 9:15. Packed and gone by 9:50 and as advertised no overtime charges. The cost was very much in line with what it costs me when the company I usually deal with shows up on a weekday. Their service man was polite and professional. I will use them again.

My tankless hot water system stopped working. Called Snyder Plumbing & they had TJ out in a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly & ordered the necessary parts. Tony did a great job installing the new parts. These guys are terrific! They know their business & answered every question.
