Blake and Daniel came to do five small jobs around the house. They were prompt, courteous and listened carefully to what we wanted to have done. They were careful to tell us where potential issues could crop up before they did any work. They accomplished all of the tasks in a very timely manner and were carful to clean up after their work. All at a VERY reasonable price!

Twice the p trap under my sink has blown off after having another plumbing service install a sink, disposal and dishwasher. They could not help me for a week so I called Snuffy's Plumbing. So glad I did as they found that the pipes reused by the other company was at the wrong angle, not glued and backwards . . . yes, backwards. They took the time to cut the pipes to fit and charged me LESS. Quick, clean and knowledgeable.

I have been using these guys for about 5 years-always felt they did a great job for a fair price. Recently called them to schedule some work and they never showed up nor called to cancel. After waiting over 3 hours i had to leave. I've sense brought in someone else to do the work. It's been over a week since they were scheduled-never a call or note....really disappointed.

Replacing a heating element in water heater cost me $500. They did a great job. But I feel it's way too expensive while I knew it will only cost you for a new water heater $1000. Service man was a little rude in talking about price.

I have been using Snuffy's Plumbing for over ten years, and continue to be very happy with how good they are. They get us in usually in a day or two and when we had an emergency they came right away.

I am pretty busy running in six different directions at once, so they call me about a half hour before they get to my job so I can meet them there and and answer any questions they may have.

If I have questions they are very good at explaining things so I understand them. I do some rookie plumbing jobs (toilet guts, stopped drains, and that sort of thing), but any time it gets beyond the simple, I call Snuffy's. They are very good at what they do - prompt, professional and fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

WARNING TO ALL!

Snuffy's Plumbing (Inc.?) is no longer owned by Greg. We hired Snuffy's plumbing last year, 2011, in order to fix a clogged sink, install a small inexpensive pvc part to keep the drain from gurgling, and install two faucets. This job should have taken, maybe, 1.5 hours. We called for Greg, but was sent the ""drain expert."" This ""expert,"" we later found out, was the new owner. He charged us $405.00 for labor and $63.00 for material. Unbelievable! Once we received this bill, we sent $200 with a letter stating that we were grieved by the bill and requested a phone call. No return call came. We therefore followed up by a phone call only for Harry to hang up on my wife after asking him if he received our letter.

A few weeks later, after we received a ""past due"" bill, I called Greg personally and spoke to him about the bill (this is how I found out about the new ownership). He said that he would address my concerns (he was very nice). It has been a month and I have not heard from Greg, nor from the new owner; however, I have received yet another ""past due"" notice requesting the full amount which I protest as inaccurate.

I affirm that this testimony is true and accurate, I take no pleasure in writing a review such as this. I can only hope that others do not have as bad as an experience as we have. We feel like we've been scammed and are now harassed by late bills which we feel is unjustified. With this said, we were Snuffy's customer's for years and referred many to their services. We raved about Greg. If you can get Greg, have no fear! However, I shall no longer request Snuffy's services or recommend them.
