I contacted this ""business"" just trying to get a leaking pipe fixed. After he blew off several appointments he made without so much as a phone call letting me know I gave up on him. TERRIBLE customer service. If his quality of work is anything like his service skills I probably lucked out by not having him in my home.

By far the best. I live in Portland off Wash Ave. and my furnace guy is in Gorham. Hes that good.
2 emergencies and hes been here and has been affordable.

Worth a call.. for plumbing and heat. He has saved me twice.

We just had a new furnace installed. The experience was very professional from the initial scope of the project to the estimate and installation was great. The installers were extremely knowable and professional. Communication thru out the project was excellent. We could not have been more satisfied. GREAT COMPANY and a pleasure to do business with.

Failed to show up for a service appointment booked a month in advance. I missed time from work, and was met with ""sorry, we didn't book you for some reason"" when I called. My business and time were not valued.

Had 2 heat pumps installed by Muller last year and have had problems ever since. Have had refrigerant leaks twice and the unit is currently not working. Would not recommend them.
