Our lakehouse home suffered damage due to Hurricane Ian and we needed an all new system including new duct work. Snowbird was able to design the system in a unique and challenging situation and did the work in a timely and professional manner and exceeded our high expectations. I would highly recommend them. Bruce led up the project and communicated well. Fred led the install and it was done well and on time. I work in the construction industry and was impressed by their work.

Daniel at Snowbird saved the day again! My ac was not cooling and it was 85 degrees in my house so I called Snowbird and they were here in no time and got my system up and running very quickly. They are always so professional and friendly. I've tried other companies in the past, but once i found Snowbird - I knew they were the best around. The people in the office are also helpful and friendly. In my view, this is a great company.

I have Two AC units from this place. Got one in 2019. The second one today. Both times very easy dealings!! Bruce is the Man!! He came here did not oversell us if anything I thought I needed more and he set us straight. The turn around was four days from signing paperwork to install. The guys were here the fist day for nine hours! They wanted to keep working I sent them home. They were back the next day finished the job. Now the whole house is cool!! They walked me through the WiFi thermostat. Cleaned up everything!! I don't need another unit but I will keep them under contract for PM!!!!

Carlos was amazing I wish we can give him a 7 or 8! He diagnosed our problem and found that the issue is under warrantee. Because Snowbird is not an authorized dealer for the brand of heat pump that we have, and cannot get the part to fix it, he referred us to someone who can help us.

Not only was he was very professional and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to ensure that we understood all aspects of our unit. I can't thank Matt enough for his time and effort. If I could give less than a 1 star I would These people are a joke , they don't honor warranties even if you pay for the extended warranty... techs know nothing and tell you they been doing it for 29 years ... I wish that I would have chosen another A/C company , big mistake

If I could give them a zero I would!! Snowbird installed a new air conditioner and air handler on 7/8/2020. Today it's not working and I can't even get a call back. Answering service says hours of operation end at 5 PM. When we were sold the unit we were told issues would be addressed immediately. We have cardiac and lung issues and stressed the importance of service. Was told not to worry. They have our money and we have no air. It's over 90 degrees and getting hotter. Terrible and uncaring company who will say anything to get your business. Do not be as gullible as we were.

Kudos to DJ at Snowbird Heating & Cooling. Our AC unit gave out Saturday and we waited until this morning to call them. He was spot on with his safety precautions in handling home calls; staying back from the door, waiting outside the garage until I went back into the house. Even had me call out the CC card # to the office mgr on the phone so he wouldn't touch the card. I thanked him for following safety procedures. He said they aren't taking all calls, """"my ac is making a funny noise,"""" If it's cooling, it not broke. Good plan.

Matt from Snowbird Heating & Cooling is our hero! We were visiting our parents in FL and their air conditioner died. We were looking to sleep in 80 degrees and he did everything he could to get the air conditioning working. Said he would come back first thing tomorrow morning, but then showed back up at 7:30pm to replace the motor! He was super friendly and seemed to genuinely care about our comfort. We tried to tip him and he wouldn't accept. I would highly recommend!!!
