As of today I have waited a month and 5 days for them to do a simple kitchen faucet and air gap replacement under our Sears Home Warranty. After failing to order the faucet twice, with no followup calls but my repeated calls to them, they said they'd ordered it and would call when it arrived to schedule installation. After 10 days I called again because I had not heard from them. No answer, left message. No call back. Called a few days later, reached someone, made appointment for a week away. No show. No call. As of today this is the 3rd no show without a call. I took the day off work yesterday to be here so they could do the job, and when I called 15 min after scheduled time, he had another excuse. NEVER EVER use these people. If I failed to show up for work again and again, and never called my employer, I would certainly be fired!

I wish I could give less than one star. Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received from company. How they are even still in business, I have no idea. I should have know when he called 10 minutes before our appointment to reschedule that it would not turn out well. That was followed by no call before showing up the next day. Then spending less than 5 minutes looking at where the leak was coming from to tell us it would be the end of the week he could be back. Wednesday rolls around and no call from him. It takes 3 phone calls to get an answer and then the response of ""oh I thought we planned on friday"" but this was never confirmed, only a ""well Thursday or Friday would work better for me"". Appointment is scheduled for 7am on Friday morning, mind you I've had to call in late for work to be here, and after 20 minutes of no call or showing up I decide to call and see what's going. He tells me that he will be here at 8. AN HOUR LATE WITH NO PHONE CALL!! So unbelievably disrepectful. At this point I am no longer holding my tongue and let him know my feelings. He proceeds to tell me he will ""have someone else do the work for me"" and hangs up. No further information, nothing. I'm so over this company and would not ever recommend them to anyone!

Our home protection plan only hires one plumber in the Bothell WA area and it is Sno King Plumbing. DO NOT ALLOW THEM IN YOUR HOUSE They do not have a license according to Washington State department of Labor and Industry which means a) no insurance b)not bonded c) should not be doing business in Washington State. a hand written receipt with basic info. was generated, only after I demanded it.

NO SHOW. See the other reviews. This company doesn't value your time. Ruined my family's Saturday waiting around for them and they never came.

My former warranty company is contracted with this ""company"" - better yet this one guy. I made an appointment with him 3 days before - then he comes on the wrong day as my husband and I are rushing out of the house to go to work. This doesn't keep him from insisting on looking at the problems and collecting the service call fee. He also made the comment that he is rarely wrong about appointment times. I actually showed him my cell phone to prove we had agreed on a different day. Yes this guy texts he won't even call! All said in done he got $75 for 5 minutes of walking through my house and no showed me 7 times, yes 7 times after that!!! Ditched him and my warranty company. There is no recourse either. The number on the website is the same number he texts with no other contacts.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED!

I have had appointments scheduled with this company only to have this completely unprofessional company no show with no return calls to my countless voicemail messages. The one time the technician did finally show up he promptly collected my deductible and left my house never to be heard from again. I still have not received service or resolution only more no show appointments and after calling Sears Home warranty services to complain we are told that their technician was fired for fraud - taking the deductable money from clients but doing nothing at the appointments.... so basically sending out people to rob you! Between Sears and this ridiculous excuse for a plumber I'm not sure who is the bigger crook!
Based on the number of people who have been ripped off by both these companies I can only hope for a major class action lawsuit.

Our home warranty company referred us to Sno King Plumbing on 7/20 for a leak in the garage. Owner Derryn said he'd come out on 7/21 between 6 and 7 a.m. Derryn showed up at 6:30 a.m. on 7/21 and could not locate the leak. He suggested that it was coming from underground and that we would need to dig. When we went to the other side of the wall, the carpet and wall was wet - he then said that he would need to open it up to find the leak and contact the home warranty for approval first. The home warranty said that opening the wall was not covered so Derryn quoted us $300-$700 for his people to come out and open up the wall but may not be able to do it until Sunday and that they would not be able to restore the wall to its original condition - it will be a rough patch. We thought this was ridiculous as this was listed as urgent so we asked if we can cut the wall ourselves. He said yes and he even helped us start it. About half way through it, he said when you get to the pipes, take a picture and call me then he quickly left. An hour later, I sent him a picture of where the leak was and asked when he would be able to come back. He said he was in Arlington and will be back TODAY (7/21). After waiting at home most of the day, I tried calling him at about 4 p.m. and also sent a text message. He finally calls at 5 p.m. saying that he's now in Burlington and can't make it out but will be back at 7 a.m. tomorrow (7/22). I specifically asked if he meant 7 a.m. or a range between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. - he says 7 a.m. On 7/22 at 7:15 a.m., he wasn't here yet so I call him and he answers ""we're on our way"". Knowing that their business address is only about 10 minutes away and he wasn't here yet at 7:30 a.m., I give him another call. I then asked him for an ETA as he said he was on his way. He then got upset and rude - he said call your warranty company to send someone else as you're not my only client and I'm picking up some supplies right now. I then asked him why he said he's on his way when he clearly was not. He then hung up. On 7/24, we received a satisfaction survey from our warranty company stating that he told them we said ""no"" to him coming out on Sunday 7/23, which is obviously not correct. This plumber/owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. He could have been honest rather than make us sit and wait.

If there was a zero star, it would be for this non-professional company. We were referred by the Sears Home warranty for a repair of a leakage in a toilet tank. This simple fix turned out to be a disaster as they flooded the bathroom and the kitchen directly below. Dry walls were left open and never patched up. The toilet was never repaired and the plumber just left the house for a part but never showed up again! It would've been no problem if they worked with us, perhaps through their insurance company. But countless lies and no shows for several appointments left us so frustrated. We are still dealing with their mess and working with our own insurance. This company is really a shameful and unethical one. I am posting this review, hoping that no one suffers as we have. Stay far, far away from these unscrupulous people!

If I had a choice, I WOULD NOT use Sno-King Plumbing ever again. We've been trying to get them to come back out and fix a leak in our bathroom for the past week now. They came by and made the initial assessment and said our home warranty would cover the cost and said they would call later that afternoon to schedule an appointment the next day. We waited and no phone call. The next day (when they were supposed to have made the appointment) we were out running errands when we get a call asking if they had an appointment scheduled for today! We said we didn't and they said they would call us back on Monday and set up a time for them to come out and do the work.
Well guess what, we never received a call. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited to see if they would call on Tuesday, which they never did. I called and left a message on Wednesday morning with both phone numbers I was given and never received a call back. Later in the afternoon I tried again and to my surprise the phone was answered and I was promptly asked if I received their text, which I had not, and then was told they were going to be out around 3:30 that afternoon to fix the leak. YAY!! Oh wait, then I was told they were thinking of a different client, but they'd get out there and fix it anyway a little earlier. So I called my husband and let him know they'd be there... and when I get home, they hadn't shown up. They were a no show yet again. I finally had my husband call them on Thursday, to which he left both of them messages that were never returned. I called them again on the same day and actually got in touch with someone and he said he had meant to schedule a time and was free on Saturday, oh but wait, we have you scheduled for tomorrow (Friday) between 10-12. Mind you this was news to me as we NEVER received any phone calls or text messages regarding this. So I said that would be great..... and again, they never showed up.
So a week later, we're still waiting for them to come out and fix the leak. If we didn't have to go through our home warranty, I would've dumped them and picked a different plumber a long time ago.
I would highly recommend NOT using these people. Their work might be great, but we can't testify to that as they've never been out yet.

We hired Darren Kingsley with Sno-King Plumbing to do a plumbing inspection. He identified one leak in the garage and we gave him the go ahead to repair which he did. Two days later, we found the basement of the home flooded. Darren failed to notice a burst pipe in the garage wall running to the basement during his inspection. The water damage .....just over $23,000.
