Needed a new kitchen faucet in my home. I bought a new delta
faucet and needed it installed so I called Snell, a local plumber.
They sent out a plumber to do the job and faucet was installed.
Shortly thereafter my wife found water under the sink as the new
faucet was leaking.

I caller Snell's office and reported my problem. One hour later
I received a call from the office that since I did not buy the
faucet from Snell they did not offer any warranty on the labor.
I then had to call a second plumber to repair my new faucet.

REALLY????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME????????????????
NO LABOR GUARANTEE BECAUSE I DID NOT BUY FAUCET
FROM THEM.

HIRE THEM AT YOU OWN RISK!!!!!!!

Snell Plumbing and Heating is an incredible family business that has served Virden and the surrounding area faithfully over the past 45 years. We have used Snells for all of our heating, cooling, or plumbing needs. They are reliable, friendly, prompt, honest, and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE in their area of expertise. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are a cornerstone of the Virden small business community and have brought employment and opportunities to an area that is sorely lacking in both.

Horrible company!!!! Not the techs, but their management and office help have no customer service skills or knowledge of collections law. They are trying to charge us for a service that was never done, their tech come to our homes to look at out bathroom sink. When the tech came he said it was an easy fix and because he was only there a few minutes there would be NO SERVICE CHARGE. Their manager than called saying she was sending us to collections, she was aggressive, rude, cussed us out, and stated she didn't care what her tech said that wasn't her fault (this is all on recording too, I work in collections so I made sure to inform her this call was being recorded) . Ummm yes, yes it is your fault, its your job to train your techs and to let them know what they can and cannot say. Second, we never even received an invoice, how can you send someone to collections if you have never billed them????? She lied and said she sent us a statement, however, we get an email each day from our post office showing what mail is coming for that day, and not ONE SHOWED A SNELL INVOICE!!! SO IF THEY TRY TO TAKE ME TO COLLECTIONS AND SHE SHOWS A FRAUDULENT INVOICE THAT WAS NEVER MAILED TO US, WE HAVE PROOF OF YOUR LIE AND WILL GET OUR ATTORNEY INVOLVED. THIS COMPANY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT BEFORE THEY NO LONGER HAVE A BUSINESS! I HAVE ALSO NOTIFIED BBB.

Avoid this company! Had a leak in one of their glue joints and they billed me for it! I guess if one of their fixes leak they expect payment twice! They ignored my calls and they wouldn't call me back. Never using them again.

They have come to our house twice the same day our air conditioner has quit. These were not expensive repairs, but they treated us as though they were. So, the time came to replace our 35 year old furnace and air conditioner. We chose Snells, and they guided us through buying a heat pump and propane furnace. We have had this system for three years and we love it. It has saved us so much money over our old set up. The installers were courteous and professional.
