Our founders, Scott & Catherine Burrows have dedicated over 25 years to the plumbing industry in the DFW area. At the core of our practices is a commitment to protection. Our approach is to communicate with integrity, conduct ourselves with principles, and assume responsibility for our work. We never stop improving.

Cathy and Scott initially met through their service on the North Texas Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) board, where they concentrated their efforts to improving the industry. Their key objectives included promoting training and training for professionals. Our essential values still reflect the importance of safety.

Having spent years in the business sector, they decided for early retirement to offer personalized services to property owners and business clients who are weary of impersonal service companies.
