I am in established customer with Snappy Services. Initially I called on November 5, which was a Friday, and was told that they would probably not be able to get to me that day but that by Monday, November 8 they should be able to get here. They did not show up on November 8 nor did they call. On Tuesday, November 9, I called and left a detailed message on a voicemail for Snappy Services that reviewed the conversation that I had had with Matthew Gooch on November 5. I asked if he had time to fit me into his schedule and I received no reply from the voicemail. He never showed up, never called back. I find that this is horrible service especially for an established customer! I would recommend that if you need a plumber that you might want to look elsewhere!

Looking for someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and at a good price? Matt installed a new gas water heater at my place, used an excellent and popular brand, very systematic and meticulous. He stopped by to give a quote same day and installed the water heater next day. Highly recommended for any plumbing needs you may have!!!
