They've done good work for me in the past, which is why I give them two stars, but made an appointment with them last week and they didn't even show up today after I took the day off work. Called them twice and no callback. So I've lost a day of personal time and still need a plumber to show up.
I'll call another one of the many good options on yelp the next time I need some plumbing work done around the house. I need someone I can rely on.

Wow! A plumber who answers on a Sunday, shows up on time and charges even less then quoted (I had a part already). Better yet I offered up some other suggestions for other replacements and he said it wasn't needed (even though he could've charged me more). Great attitude and customer service and will 100% use Snappy in the future. Never thought I would be Yelping about a good Plumber experience after a flooded bathroom.

Great customer service. Mike the owner came out and fixed a backed up bath tub drain. He fixed it in no time, explained what the problem was and then let me ask him 50 questions about the plumbing in my new house I just purchased. Exceeded expectations. Will call him again and every time from now on.

honestly. 5 stars.
I called at 11:30 AM on a Wednesday and by 1 PM a truck with two guys was at my house. I called to have my sewer main snaked. Within 20 minutes, the problem was solved. They also fixed two of my toilets in a matter of minutes.
I also like this outfit is family owned. I am only giving them 5 stars because I cannot give 6.

Had a leaking water heater valve. Mike gave me a tip over the phone to turn off the cold water intake to avoid wasting money heating the water that was flooding my side yard.
Albeit two hours late for their appointment, the called during their scheduled time to tell me they were running behind and gave me a new time estimate. Showed up, fixed the problem in about 20 minutes and gave me a 20% discount for the wait. No more leaking and got an extra $20 for my time that I spent working from home anyway.
They were courteous, fast, and did it right. I will be calling them next time I need a plumber.

I had a leaky tub faucet and since it was the hot water my gas bill was going up. I called a few places and those who would give a quote said around $250 to fix it which is not in my budget. I went to Yelp and saw that these guys do good work and don't rip people off so I gave them a call. They said they would come between 2 and 4. They got here right after 2 and by 2:30 were done and it only cost $85!
Needless to say I am very happy and will always use Snappy rooter!

We called them today to do an estimate they came and immediately started the job we could not be more happier with their work! We had been told such high quotes and they came through and did the job for half the price! They were the first honest people we have met! Thank you Mike and crew I believe it was his nephew :)

I found Snappy Rooter on yelp, and after reading the great reviews, gave them a call. The sent Richard and Eric who showed up right on time. They listened to my description of the problems and went right to work. Turns out I had a couple drain problems. Anyway they fixed both problems, not without a bit of work, right away. They were very careful to make sure everything worked ok and that we were happy with their work. They were great. We have had occasion to deal with a couple other plumbers during the last year and one was incompetent and the other grossly overpriced. These guys were on time, did a good job, and the price was fair.

Came home late on Christmas Eve and noticed water pooling in the corner of my lawn and draining into the gutter....uh oh! The water appeared to be coming out from the water main valve hole that is on the left side of the driveway near the lawn. Called the City Water folks the next day (who knew that they work all 365 days of the year...even on Christmas Day!?! ) to see if I could get someone to come out and look at it.
The City Water guy came out, closed the valve to shut off the water, fiddled around around a bit, and then gave me the bad news...the leak is on my side of the line, so it is my responsibility to fix it....MAJOR bummer! The City Water guy gave me 5 days to fix it, so my holiday week starts off by calling around to get estimates from plumbers. Checked the reviews on Yelp and called a few highly rated ones. Surprisingly enough, I was able to get several folks to come out to give me estimates on the same day I called them...even though it was right after a major holiday plus it had been a bad cold spell, so I knew all the plumbers were way busy cleaning out blocked sewer lines from all those holiday parties and fixing broken pipes due to the freezing weather.
I called 4 different plumbing companies and the estimates ranged from 300-600 dollars to repair the leak. A bit of a wide price range, but just reaffirmed the need to get more than one estimate no matter how big or small the job. Snappy Rooter was the last of the 4 companies that gave me an estimate. I was able to describe my leak to Mike on the phone. Luckily for me, he and Shane were already in my area doing a similar repair job and I was quoted $350 to repair the leak...so Snappy Rooter ended up being on the cheaper side of the estimates I received.
When Mike and Shane came by my house to look at the leak later that day, Mike confirmed that it still would cost $350 to fix the leak, even though fixing it likely would be more difficult than what he originally thought when we talked on the phone as the leak was in a section of the water line that was slightly underneath the driveway and about 4 or so feet deep.
Based on the good Yelp reviews, I felt pretty comfortable with going with Snappy Rooter. I'm glad I went with them, as Mike and Shane did a very good job with the repair. It was a dirty/messy job as they had to dig deeply through a lot of clay-based dirt to get to the cracked pipe. The job was made even more difficult as they started it at 5PM and had to do the repair while using flashlights to see what they were doing. Plus, Mike is a pretty funny guy and I liked his dry sense of humor!
Overall, I was very satisfied with the work Mike/Shane did for Snappy Rooter and greatly appreciated the fact that they were able to fit me into their schedule last minute. I would definitely hire Snappy Rooter again for future plumbing needs.

I have an old house and the sewer pipe gets clogged annually. Our old plumber is out of business, so I tried Snappy Rooter due to the number of good reviews. He came out within half an hour, was done with the job in no time, and charged me the reasonable price he quoted over the phone. Thanks, Mike.
