Sometimes you read reviews on Yelp and think they sound too good. I thought this might be the case with Snappy Rooter... everything sounded really great. We had a drain pipe from our kitchen start leaking, and ended up with a couple of inches of water in our basement. Yay.

The Snappy Router boys came out, gave us options (fix just the broken part, or replace the whole pipe), and got the work done that day. It was an ugly, dirty job, but they got it done and did an awesome job.

I don't give out 5 stars for everything, but in this case, they deserve it. I would definitely use them for future work. I'm a very happy guy with a dry basement.

I call Snappy Rooter for ALL of my plumbing needs. New water heater installed, new garbage disposal installed, shower drain and sink plugged. The list goes on and on. They take care of me every time! If you want an honest plumber and the job done right the first time call Mike at Snappy Rooter.

I called because of a back up of the only two toilets we have in our home. They were knowledgable enough to give a general troubleshoot over the phone then pricing for two options. They were available earlier than expected and called before they came. Richard was our plumber and was super kind and up with all the plumbing needs. He got right to work, gave me some free advice (what not to flush or let my kids flush :o)). They charged what they quoted and left with every intact. Great customer service and did it all with a smile. Would so recommend them and use them again.

Mike did an amazing job replacing my water heater. He stuck by his quoted price, even though he couldn't get a 30 gallon model locally. He pulled some strings and came up with a better 40 gallon unit for the same price. They showed up early, did a nice clean installation, and now I have plenty of hot water.

Called very late Tuesday and left a voicemail. Got a return call Wed morning to set up my appt., was set up for between 11-12 Thurs. Guys showed up at 10:50am!! Nice!! They even apologized for showing up a little early. Got my main trap line unclogged in under 5 minutes. Even tested my washer without asking to make sure water drained properly. Again, Nice!!! The price was awesome so no issues there either. 10 stars if I could, and I will definitely refer these guys to all family and friends.

I called on a Saturday to have a garbage disposal replaced. Mike returned the call promptly and was able to get it done that day. Service was great and price was fair. I had called another company a week earlier and their price was the same, but they never showed up. I called another company (McDonald Plumbing) and their price was three times higher.

Bottom line, I was very pleased with Mike and Eric. I was referred by a friend to Snappy Rooter and I can see why she was happy.

I used Mike and Snappy Rooter to replace both my sewer and water line. He and his crew did excellent work and at under 1/2 the cost of the nearest bid.
I have since used them for minor plumbing problems with the same results.
As I type I am calling for an under the slab clean out as a preventative before a big Christmas party.

I'm sure and base of the reviews I saw, their service would have been really good..... I guess I will have to stay with the 'guess' as they never showed up as promise! in fact, I was offered, how is tomorrow instead!?
