These guys did a great job for us, on time, cleared our sewer line in a jiffy, very helpful and friendly.
Few months later the clay sewer pipe clogged again, called Mike, he came that day to confirm it was broken by huge tree roots.Mike came back in 5 days, first opportunity on his calendar. Mike and crew are so great, he let's you know when he's coming, he shows up on time, they work hard, explain everything, offer helpful hints, replaced entire section of sewer pipe, had to dig up pavers and dig down 5 feet, were very tidy and careful. Finished on budget in one day! I can't say enough good things about this guy!

We had a leak between the water main and our house. Another plumbing company with the fancy trucks you see all over town came out to provide an estimate. They told us that our pipe was ""galvanized steel"" and would have to be trenched out and replaced at a cost of $6500.

I called Snappy Rooter and they were out the following day. They immediately noticed that we had copper pipe running into the house which likely meant that we did not have old galvanized steel running in from the main. Of course, they were correct.

They identified the leak, dug out the broken PVC pipe and replaced it the same afternoon for less than a tenth of the other company's estimate.
