I was excited to call this company after reading all the rave reviews, thinking I'd found a company who could come out to fix my clogged kitchen sink in a timely manner. Well I called on a Friday morning and the earliest time he could come out would be Monday! No, I can't wait 3 days to use my kitchen sink. Disappointed.

After a long weekend, Mike found a way to squeeze us in to a busy day. Richard and Chauncey were friendly, speedy and tidy. They honored the price quoted over the phone. A week later and everything is running fine. These guys rock!

These guys are honest, fast, and do a great job for a very reasonable rate. There's no upsell crapola when you deal with them, and Mike always makes it clear what your options are and the plusses and minuses of each one.

He's innovative in creating affordable solutions and stands by his work. We've had Snappy out to our home three times in the past two years and I've always been very pleased. I wouldn't call anyone else.

We have used Snappy Rooter on four occasions.

In our opinion their first visit to our home to clear a clogged drain earned them points as they performed their work in a professional and expeditious manner, and they didn't try to BS us about the problem. They were on time, and they only charged us for the work that was completed. And besides, they are genuinely nice guys.

The second time we had Snappy install our new toilets. Again, their work was on time and on budget. They arrived with all the new equipment, and the removal of the old toilets and the installation of the new toilets was completed within record time.

Snappy was our pick to install our new water heater. They removed the two old water heaters we had, and they disposed of them. They installed a new energy efficient water heater, and they installed new custom gas and water fittings . These guys aren't hacks. Each of the fittings was ""made to order"". These guys really know what they are doing. Their commitment to excellent service is evident, and their prices are very reasonable.

Snappy was involved in the complete remodel of our master bathroom. Mike and his crew performed a total demolition of the bathroom which included the removal of ceramic tile on all the walls, removal of ceramic tile surrounding the roman tub, removal of the entire shower stall, the removal of a two sink vanity, and the removal of the old flooring material. They completed the entire demolition in less than TWO HOURS!! Incredible!! All the demolished material was taken away with a minimum of intrusion.

Mike and his crew installed all the new plumbing and fixtures in our newly remodeled bathroom. We couldn't be happier with his work.

So, when you need quality plumbing performed, call Snappy!!
They will do an excellent job, and you won't be disappointed.

Sometimes you read reviews on Yelp and think they sound too good. I thought this might be the case with Snappy Rooter... everything sounded really great. We had a drain pipe from our kitchen start leaking, and ended up with a couple of inches of water in our basement. Yay.

The Snappy Router boys came out, gave us options (fix just the broken part, or replace the whole pipe), and got the work done that day. It was an ugly, dirty job, but they got it done and did an awesome job.

I don't give out 5 stars for everything, but in this case, they deserve it. I would definitely use them for future work. I'm a very happy guy with a dry basement.

I call Snappy Rooter for ALL of my plumbing needs. New water heater installed, new garbage disposal installed, shower drain and sink plugged. The list goes on and on. They take care of me every time! If you want an honest plumber and the job done right the first time call Mike at Snappy Rooter.

I called because of a back up of the only two toilets we have in our home. They were knowledgable enough to give a general troubleshoot over the phone then pricing for two options. They were available earlier than expected and called before they came. Richard was our plumber and was super kind and up with all the plumbing needs. He got right to work, gave me some free advice (what not to flush or let my kids flush :o)). They charged what they quoted and left with every intact. Great customer service and did it all with a smile. Would so recommend them and use them again.

Mike did an amazing job replacing my water heater. He stuck by his quoted price, even though he couldn't get a 30 gallon model locally. He pulled some strings and came up with a better 40 gallon unit for the same price. They showed up early, did a nice clean installation, and now I have plenty of hot water.
